Measure the insulation resistance and DC resistance to check whether the insulation is damaged. Whether there are open circuit, short circuit and grounding in the winding; 3, power check: When the problem is found at the end of the above inspection, the power can be directly tested, and the three-phase voltage regulator starts to apply a lower voltage, and then gradually rises to the rated voltage. .
