When entering the project management department, the project is in the construction stage of the foundation project. Since the foundation form of the pile has not been touched before, I am holding a beginner's mentality to observe and learn. When I encounter doubts and do not understand, I am active. I consulted my colleagues and consulted relevant materials. With the help of my colleagues, I was familiar with the process flow and quality control measures of bored piles. After mastering the quality control methods and methods of the bored piles, the leaders were arranged to supervise the pile foundation construction process at night and to control the quality of the piles. The relevant personal work situation is summarized as follows.

First, the completion of work tasks

1. The 6# and 7# building bored piles constructed by Zhongtai Construction Group Co., Ltd. have all been completed, and the pile foundation exit work is being carried out.

2. The pile foundation project of the 1#, 2#, 4#, and 5# buildings constructed by Anhui Geotechnical Pile Foundation Company has been completed, and the preparation work for foundation earthwork excavation is underway; the pile foundation project of 10# building and underground garage is underway In the active construction phase, the pile foundation construction is expected to be completed around December 26 according to the current construction schedule.

Second, the relevant control of the construction process of pile foundation engineering

1. Familiar with the construction drawings and geological survey reports, combined with the construction plan submitted by the construction unit, according to the construction quality acceptance specifications of the foundation engineering, control the quality of the pile foundation construction process.

2. Divide the original landform, make a record, calculate the length of the pile reinforcement cage according to the design elevation of the pile top, and control the height of the pile top of the concrete pile, measure and record the hole depth, and provide relevant data for the post pile foundation engineering measurement. Based on the control of the pile foundation cost.

3. The construction unit is required to submit the progress plan according to the company's requirements, check the implementation of the plan, report to the leader in time if there is any problem, increase the input of machinery and personnel, complete related tasks and achieve the progress target.

4. In the process of pile foundation construction, the supervisory company will formulate a set of control processes:

a. Firstly, the pile position is checked, and the drill center line and the pile position control line are required to be aligned by the hanging line to ensure that the pile position deviation is within the allowable range of the specification;

b. After the pile foundation is in place, use the geological report as a reference and judge whether to enter the middle weathered rock layer based on the sampling of the mud and the color change of the mud, and record the hole depth when entering the rock, according to the marking control on the drill pipe. Enter the rock formation 70 cm, check whether the mark size is reached on site, and ask for the first clearing at this time;

c. After the clear hole is in place, replace the reaming drill bit. According to the difference between the length between the two drill bits and the reduced size of the reaming drill 1m, calculate the size of the drill pipe after the reaming is in place, and whether the relevant size of the site is in place. A second clearing is required after the hole is in place;

d. During the production of the steel cage, the relevant welding quality, the stirrup spacing and the encryption zone shall be checked to ensure that the steel cages hoisted into the holes are all qualified products, and the length of the steel cage slings is controlled according to the calculation, and the main cage is And the quality of the sub-cage welding is checked to ensure that the welding multiple and the welding area stirrup meet the requirements;

e. After the reinforcement cage is finished, lower the duct, and the duct is required to be no more than fifty centimeters from the bottom of the hole, and the third clearing hole is carried out. The mud flow in the orifice is used to judge whether the hole is in place, and the bottom sediment is allowed to be allowed in the specification. Within the scope;

f. At the end of the pouring, the construction unit is required to carry out the mixing strictly according to the mixing ratio, and gather the full bucket material during the first irrigation to squeeze out the sediment at the bottom of the hole, and the pipe lifting is required to meet the requirements when pouring, pouring to the pile The position above 1 m above the top elevation is completed;

g. In the process of drilling, check the viscosity of the mud to ensure that the mud can better play the role of retaining the wall, prevent the phenomenon of collapse and shrinkage during the drilling process; pass the on-site inspection and inspection, and the construction unit After the inspection, the inspection and acceptance will be carried out to ensure that each process is within the control range, and the quality of the pile is better controlled.

Third, the existing deficiencies and improvement measures

In this multi-month work, I found that there are still many unsatisfactory civil engineers as a real estate development enterprise. I am also reviewing and summarizing it in time, hoping to improve it in the later work in order to improve All aspects of their own business capabilities.

1. Insufficient communication and coordination ability. In the work coordination, the construction unit is not better able to perform according to the coordination content. In the later work process, more communication and learning with colleagues, in order to improve their communication and coordination capabilities.

2, lack of foresight, for the construction process is prone to problems have not been good foresight, the future will continue to learn to improve the forward-looking, pre-control the parts that are prone to problems, try to achieve less problems or not If something goes wrong, it can be handled in an orderly manner when encountering problems.

3. The knowledge is narrow. As a civil engineering engineer of Party A, his professional knowledge is narrow and he does not know enough about other real estate knowledge. In the future work, I will strengthen the study of other majors, make full use of company resources, improve subjective initiative, and strive to become a qualified civil engineer.

4. Insufficient use of supervision. During the construction process, the role of supervision has not been fully realized. During the post-construction period, the enthusiasm of the supervisors is mobilized and the role of supervision is fully exerted.
