Xxxx is a year in which our company developed the xx international project, and it is also a year of successful growth of the company. It is also a brilliant year for our engineering department. As a civil engineer, under the leadership of the engineering department, I mainly did several things.

First, engineering technology management

1 Careful review of construction drawings is the first step in construction technology management and a key step. In the careful review of the architectural drawings, there are many places where there are many omissions, errors and contradictions in the design. For example, there is a beam on the structure of the 1# building corridor, which affects the entire facade effect. There is no reinforcement in the local beam of 2# building, and it is impossible to construct according to the figure. 1#, 2# The department department window has no detailed size, and so on. After discovering these technical problems, I promptly contacted the engineering department leaders and designers to make good suggestions and treatment plans according to the site conditions and specifications, and finally solve the problems and ensure the accuracy of the construction drawings. Integrity. 2 Do a good job in technology, which is the central link in construction technology management. In the inspection of the construction organization design and special program design, the characteristics of the various processes and parts of the construction. Conduct a special oral and written presentation and make a construction log. For example: lashing of steel bars, installation of stencils, pouring of concrete, masonry of infill walls, erection of scaffolding, etc. The technical problems are pre-controlled, and the foundation is in front, laying the foundation for the construction quality, safety and progress of the project.

Second, the project site management:

This is the focus of my work. 1 Engineering quality and safety control: According to the construction specifications and design requirements, check the elevation, axis, reinforcement arrangement of the construction parts, the installation of the formwork, the maintenance of the raft, and the erection of the scaffold. In the on-site inspection, the quality and safety hazards were found, the construction process was solved in time, the root causes of hidden dangers were analyzed, and the construction personnel were coordinated to deal with the problems. After the treatment was completed, the inspection and acceptance were carried out, and finally the quality and safety hazards were eliminated. For example, the construction of a side wall shear wall on the 8th floor of 1# building, because the supporting form is not strong, there is no strengthening of the supporting form on the corner column, and a serious explosion mode occurs when the concrete is poured, and the wall is displaced. After strict supervision and supervision, the project department cleaned all the newly poured rafts according to the requirements according to our requirements. After the design, supervision and construction unit inspection and acceptance, the recasting rafts were re-cast. After this experience and lessons, the support of the formwork was strengthened in the same part of the 8th floor and above, and the vertical and horizontal struts were used, and no similar explosion phenomenon occurred. 2 Project schedule control: This is one of the key points of our engineering department control. Review the rationality and accuracy of the project progress plan of the project department. And a special progress council will be held to coordinate the relationship between the various parties, provide high-quality conditions for the progress of the project as much as possible, and strengthen the supervision of the on-site progress. In particular, under the command of the leadership of our engineering department, the overall progress of the project has reached the expected control objectives.

In this construction site management, I always stand in the position of Party A, strictly demand myself, supervise the work of the supervisors, and strive to control the quality, safety and progress of the project. If problems are found, they should be reported to the leaders of the engineering department in time for better and timely handling of the problems so that the project can proceed smoothly.

Third, engineering cost control:

1 Audit control of design changes. I have repeatedly verified the changes involved in increasing the amount of work to determine the accuracy, necessity and practicality of the changes. All changes are reported to the leader, and the data is collected and organized for settlement. 2 On the basis of the original design, the construction content should be reasonably changed or reduced without affecting the use function and overall effect of the project. For example, under the premise that the engineering department meets the design specifications of the structural column, the setting of the infill wall structure column of the 3# building of ##楼2#楼1 is reduced as much as possible. About 1/3 of the structural column is reduced compared to the original design. The septic tank is changed to a brick-mixed septic tank, and the external wall insulation is reconsidered. Both save engineering costs. 3 Do a good job in the collection work of the on-site project. Carefully review the contract and determine the location and content of the recipient, which will be confirmed by the company and the department and the supervision project department. Do a good job in collecting and sorting the recipient's data, and report the results of the receipt to the leaders of the engineering department in a timely manner. To achieve the authenticity and accuracy of the recipient.

Review history and look to the future. In the year of xxxx, with the support and support of the leaders and colleagues, the entire Xijin International Phase I project was relatively smooth, and I also achieved relatively good results. In the work done, there are still many shortcomings, please ask the leaders and colleagues to criticize and correct.
