2. Enhance team cohesion and strengthen teamwork

A fire broke out during the year-end maintenance work last year. Upon receiving the message, all the maintenance workers at the entire site suddenly rushed from all directions, carrying fire-fighting tools to the fire, and notified the firefighters and superiors in the first time to avoid greater losses in time. The pressure on the production line is high, and in the event of equipment failure, sometimes it is excessive in terms of speech and movement. We can make a slap in the face, not be unconcerned, take the interests of the company's overall situation as the priority, repair the equipment in time, and use actions to prove our coordination with production. Although many failures are caused by the production line, we still resolve too many grievances into mutual understanding, and truly do things with sincerity and dedication.

Improve troubleshooting capabilities

Frequently carry out maintenance workshop group failure seminars, and discuss the problems that arise, and then seek support for difficult problems, especially hydraulics. Effectively prepare for further expansion of production.

V. Management is inseparable from communication.

The so-called people are not perfect. We often communicate with each other and understand the differences in personality and geography, and arrange the staff with reasonable arrangements. 6. Safety education is always unremitting

Safety work requires more maintenance workers. The nature of our work determines that we must be accurate, fast, and steady. The change process of any equipment from commissioning to decommissioning is roughly divided into three phases: early failure period, accidental failure period and wear failure period. Especially in the second half of this year, the failure rate of presses in the press shop is very high.
