Summary of the work of law enforcement by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in 2019

I. Leaders attach importance to the system. The bureau is both an administrative service department and an administrative law enforcement unit. Years of work practice have made the Office realize that to do a good job in service, we must have a higher legal quality. To this end, in accordance with the requirements of the "5th Five-Year Plan", the SIPO established a general law body with the director as the leader, the deputy director and the disciplinary team leader as the deputy leader and other unit members. At the same time, it was clarified that a discipline inspection team leader took the lead in grasping the legal system all the year round, and in accordance with the law-enforcement plan, the bureau-organized office organized the specific organization to carry out this work. It is organized, planned, implemented, and effective. In the "five-five-year" popularization of the law, the bureau also listed the cadre school law as the key point, so that the leadership took the lead, took the lead in learning, took the lead in speaking, took the lead in practice, and led other law enforcement personnel with the cadre model. 2. Grasping employee education and training. Use the unit's free time to conduct law enforcement training and exams. Seriously carry out the "legal training" of employees twice a year, and the training is over, all of which are tested. In addition, in conjunction with the construction of a harmonious society, employees are organized to study the "constitution", "marriage law", "civil procedure law" and other laws and regulations, and carry out the "Civilized Citizens, Civilized Citizens" recommended selection activities.
3. Implement legal publicity. In addition to carrying out the above-mentioned law-enforcement study, the bureau has also continuously updated and expanded the channels of law-enforcement, and fully organized the 3.15 legal system promotion every year. We will strengthen investigation and research, innovate working methods, and work in a solid way in the future work, and work hard for the county's "five-five-year" law-enforcement work to take a new step in the year.
