2. During the work of the quality supervision station, I am mainly responsible for the management of the quality supervision information of the technical room. As the supervisory and supervisory work of various quality information and data, the technical office is an important task for the corresponding information management. It is related to the inquiry and update of the supervisor's daily supervision information. The statistical summary of dynamic information is more related to whether supervisors can track and handle the abnormal quality of construction projects in time. Therefore, in combination with my professional expertise, in response to the actual needs of quality supervision work, I have made a large number of adaptive adjustments to the supervision and management system of the quality supervision station, and increased the registration of unqualified information such as pile-based inspection, raw material inspection, and physical inspection. Input, periodic automatic summary and report output functions; increased audit and registration accounts for pile foundation inspection, physical inspection and indoor environmental inspection; increased branch information, completion acceptance data review registration account; increased pre-mixed concrete supply for supervision works The goods account is accounted for; the supervisory project supervision report management account has been added; the image progress update and statistics module of the construction in progress project has been added; and the function module for querying, counting and summarizing the report information has been enhanced. The further improvement of the supervision and management system standardized the management of various quality information in the station, provided strong support for the quality supervision of the supervisors, and improved the level of supervision and management informationization of the quality supervision station.
Starting from May of xxxx, according to the need of Guangzhou Municipal Quality Supervision Station to strengthen the supervision and management of concrete mixing stations, I participated in the monthly supervision and inspection and raw material supervision and sampling of concrete mixing stations in the district. During the inspection, it was found that some of the mixing stations in the district had problems in the external supply of the leased production line, the unsuspected external supply, the management of the laboratory and the irregular control of the production process. The inspection team immediately requested the rectification of the mixing station with problems. The supervision and inspection work of the mixing station has regulated the production and operation behavior of the mixing station to a certain extent, effectively guaranteed the quality of concrete raw materials, and strengthened the supervision and management of the concrete mixing station in the area. In addition, I am also responsible for reviewing archived materials and monitoring reports. The problems existing in the archived materials and the supervisory reports will be coordinated with the supervisors in a timely manner to ensure that the supervisory reports accurately and truly reflect the integrity of the engineering entities and the archived materials.
In December of xxxx, I was transferred to the Construction Bureau for the construction of the Department of Management for work. During the construction of the management department, in order to strengthen the quality and safety supervision and management of the projects under construction in the district, the “Xxxx District Construction Bureau Engineering Quality and Safety Inspection Work Plan” was prepared according to the requirements of the bureau leaders, and the quality supervision stations and districts were organized according to the plan. The safety supervision station regularly conducts quality and safety inspections on projects under construction in the district. The inspection work strengthened the quality and safety supervision and management of construction sites, and played a certain role in regulating the quality and safety supervision and management of construction sites. In addition, I conducted follow-up investigations on violations, quality complaints and quality incidents in recent projects such as: Guo Lanying Art School, Shatou Middle School Gymnasium, Langqi Factory Dormitory, Luopu Shaying Middle School Teaching and Research Building, Jinyi Garden, etc. And formed a more detailed written report materials. The responsible units and responsible persons of the Langqi project investigation report fraud incident and the Shatou Middle School Gymnasium z7 column quality accident are investigated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. After rigorous investigation and evidence collection procedures, the details of the case were mastered, and administrative punishments were proposed to the responsible units and responsible personnel in accordance with the “Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects” and other laws and regulations. Among them, the administrative penalty for the fraud case of the Langqi project investigation report has been completed, and the relevant situation will be reported to the network.
In accordance with the work arrangement of the Construction Management Division, I will continue to conduct inspections of key national, provincial and municipal projects, and regularly report the inspections of key projects to the district government and various functional departments in the form of written reports. In addition, based on the needs of our department to strengthen the dynamic information management of construction enterprises in the region, on the basis of the supervision and management system of the quality supervision station, I gradually established a “dynamic information management platform for the construction industry”, which initially realized the information of the construction enterprise and its bad behavior.
