During the overhaul, the workshop made a comprehensive approach to safety protection, which made me feel a great sense of safety during the overhaul. In terms of technology, our electrical area also organized many trainings and learnings. Every time there is an uncommon fault in the equipment, The organization will discuss and analyze, so as to improve the level of personal skills, to ensure that in the event of similar failures, it can be quickly and very well, to deal with the faults, to ensure full production and better work.
In the past two years, as long as I encounter problems that I don’t understand at work, I will check the information in time and ask questions from the technical staff of Party A, plus I will seize every opportunity to exercise myself and put the book above. Knowledge is applied to the actual operation and masters certain operational skills. Such as; overhaul of the big bag slewing system, overhaul of the car, the replacement of the electric slip ring of the big bag, the maintenance of the weighing of the large and medium bag, the replacement of the crystallizer vibration system and routine maintenance, the maintenance of the segment drive system, the inverter Daily maintenance and parameter setting, maintenance and off-line repair of three-phase asynchronous motor, maintenance and replacement of flame cutting machine, calibration of pneumatic control valve, external wiring and maintenance of plc, etc., we must be careful during maintenance, such as us In the process of repairing the encoder, be careful when tightening the terminal. It is necessary to control the strength of the tight wire. Because the wiring of the encoder is 0.7 square millimeters, it is particularly thin. If the force is too large, it will hurt the wire cortex. It seems that it is not A big and important detail, if the motor runs continuously for a long time, it should be affected by the vibration of the motor. The slow wire may break. If the encoder of several important parts of our casting machine fails, it may bring the equipment. Great damage, so we must be responsible for the equipment during the inspection, responsible for themselves, must be careful when overhauling.
As an overhaulian, I feel that we must keep in mind three points during the overhaul.
1. Implement the spirit of the company's superior files, improve self-use awareness, and enhance self-responsibility.
2. Do three things without hurting, that is, not hurting yourself, not hurting others, and not being hurt by others.
3. The safety disclosure must be put in place. There must be more than two people in the maintenance work. The power is shut down and the three parties must confirm that they must be in place.
Since I served three electric class monitors in the past month, I have not had a safety accident in my class during these eight months. Our class strictly enforces the three-shift operation management regulations. The skill level of our class is in daily maintenance and many times. During the training, it has been greatly improved, so that our staff can be eliminated in the shortest time when the equipment fails.
In the year, our continuous casting machine has repeatedly affected production accidents due to electric instruments. On the evening of October 13, the 8# machine was repaired. When the 11-segment external arc contactor was replaced, it was not carefully confirmed after the completion of the work, resulting in 220v. Strings such as 24v modules, the main module plc part of the module burned, although this accident is not caused by our class, but this accident is a typical example, reflecting that we still have great defects during the overhaul, the construction workers have no responsibility during maintenance There was no confirmation from the three parties. Our team conducted a whole class study on the accident to improve the responsibility of the staff of my team. I fully requested that my class members be responsible for the equipment during the inspection and be responsible for their work, so as not to be careless. Cause unnecessary losses to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the work.
Although in my two years of work, I have taken a big step towards my goal, I still see that I still have a lot of deficiencies, lack of theoretical level, sometimes too sloppy thinking, and not enough thinking. It is the direction that I need to work hard in the new year. In XX years, I will learn from the lessons of XX years and do my job better. Make our equipment more stable.
