Not big, in fact, the impact of one furnace on the other furnace is very large. The 2# boiler is on the 2# steam turbine, but it can also be transferred to the 1# steam turbine through the pipeline. The water temperature and pressure are also very high. Difficult to control, in any case, the operation of a single furnace single machine is better than this design, convenient and concise, so I suggest that two electric isolation doors should be added to the main steam pipe.

The feed pump is a high-pressure device. The bearing needs sealing water during operation. However, we don't know if there is seal water and cooling water before starting the pump. Therefore, it is recommended to add a pressure gauge to the cooling water pipe of the water pump motor, so that it is convenient and a lot of protection.

The sealing water of the feed water pump is provided by the demineralized water pump. This is unreasonable. Just like this month, the desalinated water pump tripped. Because there is no sealing water, the feed water pump can't maintain the water supply. The whole station has power outage, the boiler is shut down, and the water level alarms. This is very dangerous, and then repaired in time, but the safety, stable operation and luck of a factory should not have much connection.

It is recommended to change the high fuel tank of the feed pump into a motor unit. The feed pump is accidentally chained. Because the pump stops, the high tank does not reach the oil circulation. It is basically dead oil and it is difficult to achieve good cooling.

The electric main valve of the steam turbine should be changed to a position that is advantageous for operation, so that the watch dial operation can be realized.
