Summary of the first semester work of information technology teachers


This semester, I am in the third and fifth grades of information technology and three classes, three classes of science teaching. Looking back on this semester, I am able to work hard, study hard, and successfully complete teaching and management. I enjoyed the joy of harvesting at work and found some problems.

Below I will summarize my teaching work in different disciplines.

First, the information technology discipline.

1. Teaching.

Prepare lessons carefully. Although I did not write all the lesson plans on the preparation of the textbooks, I revisited the "Guidelines for the Information Technology Courses for Secondary Schools". After receiving the teaching materials, I conducted a serious study to find out the key points and difficulties. Check the information on the Internet and concentrate on the merits of others to determine your own teaching ideas. In order to make students more intuitively feel the knowledge content they have learned, I actively produce courseware, prepare various intuitive teaching software, collect and produce various knowledge points, and show outstanding works to students.

Work hard on each lesson. Prepare well before class, do not fight unprepared, especially the main courses of this subject must be completed on the computer. At the beginning of the school, I will reinstall all the computers, and install the necessary software according to the teaching requirements. The method is to install a hard disk protection system for each computer to ensure that each computer can operate normally without hardware failure. Seriously lecture during class, strive to grasp the key points, break through the difficulties, and concentrate on refining. Using a variety of teaching methods, starting from the students' actual situation, pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm and creative thinking of students, so that students have the ability to give inferences. When students complete the task on the computer, they patrol in front of each computer, pay attention to hand-to-hand counseling for students with learning difficulties, and make timely reflections after class to find out the shortcomings.

2. Business aspects.

I know that I am a half-way monk, and my business knowledge is not solid enough and not enough. Therefore, I will consciously learn business knowledge outside the classroom and strive to improve my business. In addition to listening to classes, commenting on classes, and attending teaching and research group teaching and research activities, I also noticed that I should teach myself. Actively study various theories to enrich yourself so that they can be guided by solid theories in their work and better educate and teach. I also use my spare time to study professional knowledge, learn to make courseware, website, and provide education and teaching services for the school.

3. Inadequacies.

At work, I often encounter some problems, and some have been solved through thinking and improvement. Some will take some time to improve and improve. The following aspects are my efforts:

Strengthen the education of computer room discipline and machine use ethics, so that students not only concentrate on learning in the class, but also strictly restrain themselves when they are on the computer room.

In the website design and multimedia courseware production efforts, efforts to make the school's multimedia courseware level on the basis of the original has made greater progress.

More care for the poor students, more love, more patience, so that they have made greater progress in understanding the computer.

Strengthen the training of basic skills, and concentrate on refining in the classroom, paying attention to the cultivation of students' abilities, and clearing the knowledge in the class and clearing the paragraphs.

Second, the science discipline.

The science subject is the new subject of my teaching this year. I used to have only one year of sixth-year common sense. But I know that this course has a very wide range of knowledge and experiments. It is not only necessary for students to master a lot of knowledge, but also to cultivate students' ability to do hands-on and research. Therefore, I dare not neglect this subject.

After getting the scientific textbooks, I have browsed the whole time and got a preliminary understanding of the teaching content of this semester. Then, I carefully studied the teacher's book and got a general understanding of the teaching objectives and teaching methods.

Before class, I carefully studied the textbooks and teachers' books, checked the information online, first clarified the teaching ideas of the whole unit, found out the key points and difficulties, and then started the teaching design according to the local environment and the actual situation of the school. When doing instructional design, I try to reflect the subjective status of the students, let the students explore independently, generate interest in science, master the methods of independent learning, and exercise the ability of independent research.

Science classes have a lot of experiments that can help students better conduct their inquiry activities. However, due to the limited space of the school and the lack of laboratories, I and Yu Wulai’s teachers often have conflicts, so the experiment is difficult. Therefore, I carefully prepared before the class, try to do every experiment, although it is just a demonstration experiment, but it can also give students an intuitive feeling, cause their curiosity, attract their attention, guide them to observe and think. Sometimes, I guide students to design experiments in the classroom, emphasizing the main points of attention. When conditions permit, arrange the students to go home to conduct experiments, fill in the experimental records, and then communicate with the students after returning to school.

In the classroom, I try my best to focus on guiding students to observe, recall and think. Seriously make a good book and organize the knowledge points in a structured way. And try to make a certain amount of time in the classroom for students to do homework, summarize and review the content of the whole class, and find out the shortcomings in time.

After class, I will reflect on the problems encountered in the classroom in time. When I don't understand, I will go and ask the experienced Yu Wulai teacher. Under his guidance, I will have a new understanding and the teaching ability will be improved.

I carefully corrected every assignment that students complete in class. Especially in the first unit, I made a detailed record to understand the students' knowledge of the knowledge and know which students have difficulty in learning. In the future teaching, I pay special attention to taking care of them.

During the final review, I led the students to comprehensively review the contents of the four modules and list all the knowledge points. Then I focused on some of the more difficult and unseen content of some students to help them overcome the problem.

In short, in this semester, I have not only improved in business ability, but also in education and teaching. There is no gold in the red, no one is perfect, and there are inevitable flaws in the teaching work. For example, the language of the classroom is flat, the language is not vivid enough, the theoretical knowledge is not enough, the teaching experience is insufficient, and the teaching ability needs to be improved. In the future work, I will be more strict with myself, work hard, carry forward the advantages, correct the shortcomings, and strive to become an excellent national teacher.
