Year-end summary of maintenance workers
Since joining Jiangxi Ceramics Co., Ltd., I have been in the past one year. Looking back, I can consciously strengthen ideological and political and business level learning, study technology hard, constantly improve myself, abide by the company's rules and regulations, and better accomplish the tasks assigned by superiors. Indicators have contributed a little to the company's normal operation. Now review the work of the past year:
One: The more satisfactory aspects:
1. Learning with humility and improving business skills. As a maintenance worker, I am responsible for the normal maintenance of all equipment on the production line. Such as presses, dryers, conveyor lines, loaders, fans, dry grinding lines, single-sided grinding, etc. When I first came to the company, I was still relatively unfamiliar with such equipment, but through my hard work and hard work, I can afford to repair such equipment.
2, obey the rules and discipline, dare to take responsibility. Everyone knows that the maintenance workers are dirty, tired and stressed. That is, in the case of normal operation of the machine, we also have to patrol the workshop continuously to check all possible abnormal conditions, and find out the problems in time to ensure the normal operation of the production line.
3. Take the company's benefits as its responsibility. In order to save the company's maintenance costs, you can be a waste of treasure from beginning to end. Reassemble and recycle the parts that can be used in scrapped machines, save the company money, and make maintenance tools that make it easy to maintain the equipment.

1. The business level must be further improved. As a maintenance worker, you must know every part of each device. I must constantly study, explore, and study hard to improve the technical level, and better increase production and efficiency for the company.
2, creative play is not enough. Over the past year, I have thought I have done my best for the company's production. Compared with the previous one, the level of business technology has improved a lot, can cope with production, did not want more labor-saving and time-saving methods to solve problems, improve work efficiency, but step by step, work is a little mechanical.
In the future work, I will be able to carry forward the advantages, overcome the shortcomings, and create a better future!
