My major at university is computer science and technology. I came to the unit to be responsible for network management and part of the testing of the thermoelectric room. When I first came, I didn't adapt to the transition from student to work. I felt that everything was strange. I didn't understand a lot of knowledge. I had to learn a lot of things. Fortunately, everyone is very caring for me, very warm and very kind, which makes it easy for me to integrate into the atmosphere of the unit.

With the development of the society, the unit's current workflow has entered the network management stage. Therefore, the normal progress of the network is very important. Once a problem occurs, it must be resolved in a short time and in a timely manner. Otherwise, the work chain of the unit will be severely hit. If it is delayed for a day or two, it will be very troublesome for a long time. I have a deep understanding of this. During the work internship for more than a year, there have been two big problems with the server. I have heard that the server has often had problems, but in the first few months, the server has been safe and sound, I As for the carelessness of the server, the management of the server is very unsatisfactory. For a time, regardless of the time, I only occasionally update the virus database of the unit to ensure the security of the system. For the unit's software-measurement management system, it is rare to know, just stop at the same as other colleagues, it will be used, which also leads to the contradiction that the system can not solve the problem in time. Fortunately, there are colleagues who help, otherwise it will cause a lot of trouble. In the past year or so, the first problem with the system was that before the end of last year, the software had a loophole and the system could not be operated as a whole. Through timely communication with the software company in Chengdu, the problem was solved quickly. The second system had problems. It was in July that the problem was very serious and caused the whole system to be embarrassing. I thought it was a small problem, but I still underestimated the seriousness of the problem. The boot error, the data is lost a lot, the anti-virus software is invalid, can not be connected to the external network, can not be copied and posted, all the means can not be used, it was very anxious at that time. Finally, the re-irrigation system was used to solve the problem of suspected viruses. But the problem is coming again. The backup system is just a pure system without any software. The management system and database of the unit do not exist. This reflects the importance of professional knowledge, based on experience and other people's guidance, successfully completed the restructuring of the system, and find ways to recover lost data.

Through these two things, I understood my own shortcomings, and through these two things, I have a deeper understanding of the unit's system, and now I can solve some problems independently. In the face of lack of knowledge, I went online to find a lot of information, learn about the related matters that server management should pay attention to, review the matters needing attention in the maintenance of the database, and the unit is equipped with a mobile disk to effectively protect the data.

On the other hand, I spent a lot of time on the calibration of the instrumentation calibration in the thermoelectric room. Compared with the maintenance work of the server, this work is very challenging for me. After all, the main learning direction in the school is still not this. In the face of the challenge, I was also timid at the time, I don't know if I can do the job. As the saying goes, the three-person line must have my teacher. This is true. If you don't understand, you will ask your colleagues and give you a question and answer. Through your own study and verification procedures and standards, and my colleagues' careful guidance, I have made great progress. The way in which theory is linked to practice makes me master the knowledge quickly. In the past year or so, I have been familiar with the use of various instruments and equipment in this laboratory, have learned the basic knowledge of various professional terms and measurement, and have mastered the calibration methods of several instruments and obtained corresponding Verification certificate. The first thing I got was the heat meter verification certificate. I was very excited to be a tester, and I was more aware of the importance of the work of the tester. Through study, I realized the responsibilities and obligations of the inspectors, verified the sanctity and importance of the work, and deeply understood the indispensability of the verification work for safe production and people's daily life. And to do it seriously in the verification work, the verification data is determined not to falsify, maintain the image of the inspector. In the year after obtaining the heat certificate, I have successively obtained qualifications for nine items such as grounding resistance tester, grounding conduction, glass liquid thermometer, bimetal thermometer, pressure thermometer, thermocouple, thermal resistance and temperature field. . In addition, I also participated in the work of the establishment of the standard. Through the establishment of the standard inspection, the laboratory certification process has a deep understanding, and a deeper understanding of the learned knowledge. For repeatability tests, error uncertainty, metering traceability, and magnitude transfer are more clear. In a short period of time, the ability has been greatly improved. And after the second-level registered metrology exam, I have a great understanding of the details of the knowledge, and through the discussion with colleagues, the progress is great.

After more than a year of work and study, even if I have made great progress, there are still deficiencies. For example, the understanding of measurement laws and regulations is not very deep, and can not focus on learning. Although many knowledge is not well understood, such as the lack of understanding of measurement verification procedures and norms, it is not profound enough to understand computer-related knowledge; It is passive to adapt to the needs of the work. In the future work and study, I must study hard, improve my own quality, and better serve my work.
