Third, training and learning aspects For many years, I actively participated in various learning and training, and strive to learn basic knowledge of electrician knowledge, power supply system knowledge, line devices, lighting devices, grounding devices, transformer operation and maintenance, motor repair and maintenance, machine tool electrical Control circuit, plc control and other related knowledge systems. Every time I study, I have learned some new theories and used them to guide my work practice and apply them to my work. I have improved the power supply system and control system of the factory and received consistent praise.
Fourth, in terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction, I have actively used the knowledge I have learned to make a lot of contributions to the energy saving and consumption reduction of the factory. For the transformation of the factory line, the plant saves more than 100,000 kWh of electricity every year. At the same time, the old equipment of the factory was electrically transformed to rejuvenate some old equipment.
5. Practice production aspects in terms of production practices, such as the example of finding and eliminating electrical faults in electric motors. Electrical aspects: 1. Check whether the insulation of the lead wire is intact, whether the motor is overheated, check whether the wiring meets the requirements of the nameplate, whether the winding and the first and last ends are correct; 2. Measure the insulation resistance and DC resistance to check whether the insulation is damaged. Whether there are open circuit, short circuit and grounding in the winding; 3. When the power check is found at the end of the above inspection, the power can be directly tested, and the three-phase voltage regulator starts to apply a lower voltage, and then gradually rises to the rated voltage. . Use the above inspection method to find faults for multiple motors in the factory and fix them. Timely summary of various fault phenomena and solutions, and documented, used to guide practice, but also improve their business level.
