A total of 27 new employees participated in the training, including 2 doctoral students, 10 master students, 5 undergraduate graduates, and 10 college graduates.
The training is divided into two parts. The first part is the three-day comprehensive quality education, hospital profile introduction, hospital related regulations and other theoretical knowledge training; the second part is a half-day training of various functional departments, grouped into the department explained by the functional department Office procedures and related systems, specific departments: hospital office, medical department, personnel department, science and education department, nursing department.
On the first day of training on August 28th, in the wonderful speech entitled Dean Wang Xueqian entitled "Improving Self-Quality and Achieving a Successful Life", the philosophies contained in the story were explained in the form of storytelling, and extended explanations were given to new employees. Left a deep impression. Dean Lu Wei gave a detailed introduction to the department setting, staffing and research and teaching of our hospital, and gave high expectations and good wishes to the staff who came to our hospital. Later, Sun Zhiming's Assistant and Preventive Section, Liu Li, Mr. Chi Xiuying, Dean Chen Shigang, and Xiao Yunxia, ​​respectively, on medical management, medical insurance inspection and medication, nosocomial infection and family planning management, safety precaution education, medical record management and medical ethics Education gave a vivid explanation and introduction. Through the different teachings of the leaders of the hospital and the relevant departments, the new employees have a general understanding of the development process of our hospital and have a clearer understanding of the future development direction of our hospital. After the training course, the new employees were divided into three groups. After half a day, they went to the functional departments to rotate the trainee. The work has laid the foundation.
The entire pre-job training was strongly supported by the hospital leaders, relevant department heads, head nurses and functional departments. There was no situation in which the graduates participated in the training due to the busy work of the department. At the same time, the training was also welcomed by new employees.
