The contents of the above ten links, the first four links have been deeply interpreted and analyzed, and the content of the last six links, due to the rush of time, is just a point.

In the afternoon, the theme of the xx teacher lecture was “Methods of School Education and Research”. Mr. Shen chose the most commonly used research methods for small education and research in China, such as observation method, investigation method and case study method, and gave us guidance and guidance. Teacher Shen specifically mentioned what kind of research method should be used to give us clear instructions. For example, verify the verification result of a hypothesis using the experimental method, directly study the current situation of education, and use the observation method to study the past education situation. Literature law, etc. Due to the limited time, the latter research methods have not come to the end of the lecture.

The explanations of the two teachers were clear and clear, and the examples were vivid and vivid, which made us very productive. The training of the director of the teaching department not only taught us the methods of education and scientific research in the future, but also pointed out the direction.

Through this training, some scientific research knowledge has been added and a certain level of scientific research has been improved. At the same time of harvesting, there are also some feelings.

First of all, in the process of training, although the indoor heat is uncomfortable, there is not much rest time in the training process, but the enthusiasm of the students is good, the attitude is correct, while listening carefully, taking notes seriously. Indeed, it is not easy to learn something.

Secondly, what I want to say is that although every training opportunity is rare, the training time is always very tense. In just one day, it seems to be particularly rushed. Adding to the theoretical aspects is too much, boring, difficult to understand, difficult to digest. In addition, as a middle-level cadre of the school, the complicated affairs of the week are stunned and innocent, and I feel very busy and tired. On the weekend, I should have a breath, take a rest, but I have to participate in various trainings and studies. Every time I attend the training, I sit seven or eight hours a day. I feel very tired and very upset. But knowing that there are the above ideas and difficulties, this is no way! As for how to adapt, how to coordinate, it is still necessary to face with a calm attitude. Learning to train is a chore, but one has to learn! I have put so much effort and such a big price on it. What reason do we have to study hard?
