Backbone teacher training summary
In April XX, I had the privilege of attending the first phase of the National Primary Mathematics Teacher Training Class organized by the Chengdu City-level backbone teacher Jinniu District Training Center. The concentrated training activity lasted 7 days. The training event is over. I am very happy and very sorry. I am happy to learn a lot of things. Unfortunately, I only participated in 4 days in the 7-day study time, and there are still 3 days due to the needs of the unit work. participate. The training activities have the following feelings:

This training activity is carried out in the form of a combination of lectures, lectures, personal reflections and group discussions. It is very effective and is conducive to participants' participation. Listen to experts to talk about theory, see teachers doing classes, think about their own teaching behavior, think about peer class analysis, express their own opinions, and participate in learning through various forms. The organic combination of various forms makes the content colorful. As a small mathematics teaching and researcher, I have gained more. I will bring this effective form of training back. This training event has expert lectures, classroom teaching observation activities, and the theory is linked to the reality, and the activities are rich and colorful. During the period of study and during the break, I read Professor Zhang Qin's "Characteristics Research to Promote Teacher Development" by Dr. Yi Lingfeng's "New Economy and New Teaching", two books closely related to education and teaching. I have strengthened my original concept of educating people and further thought about how to transform teachers from the teaching of knowledge to the cultivation of students' innovative ability and attitude values. For the overall development of students, how to study themselves and study students from the character, and promote the effective development of teaching activities.
I have appreciated the wonderful demonstration classes of several outstanding mathematics teachers in Chengdu. The teachers use the teaching materials creatively, choose the teaching method according to the teaching content and the actual flexibility of the students. The teaching wit in the classroom teaching process is closely related to the effective teaching. The link and the superb teaching art left a deep impression on me; the wonderful comments of the post-class mathematics experts were elaborated from the perspective of theory and practice, which benefited me a lot.
