School-based training personal summary

The three-day school-based training is coming to an end today. Together with the five working days last week, the teachers have been working for eight days. Although they are very tired, the serious attitude of everyone participating in the training has made me very educated. Especially this morning, a sudden heavy rain brought a lot of difficulties to the teachers' travel. I was almost late. When I arrived at the training venue and saw everyone sitting there waiting for the scene, I was really touched.
This school-based training is led by me, and the directors of the two departments of the Academic Affairs Office and the Scientific Research Office are specifically responsible for the operation. According to the requirements of the Education Bureau on school-based training, we will "strengthen the effectiveness of teaching and promote the professional development of teachers" as the theme of this training. Around this theme, the following training content was organized:
1. Lecture series "Inspection of Teaching Effectiveness", delivered by President Kang Shikai. His lecture consists of three parts: First, starting from the observation class of the Young Teacher Teaching Contest held by our school, from "focusing on the logical structure of classroom teaching design", "pursuing theoretical guidance", "focusing on the quality of thinking" Several aspects of Tao and “the strategy of knocking the law of the law of concept” explain how to further strengthen the pertinence of teaching and improve the effectiveness of teaching. Second, the current classroom teaching faces several "world-wide problems", such as "what is wrong," "I can't understand it," "How to simplify complicated problems." In turning out unfamiliar problems into familiar situations, etc., President Kang has put forward some of his own ideas in these aspects, which is worthy of deep thinking by teachers. Third, the style of the teacher. Academician Yan Fazu said: "Patients are not high and low, and life is equal." Such thoughts deserve to be learned by every teacher. Every living life in the classroom is equal, and every teacher needs to be pampered with sincerity.
"Focus on the classroom, improve evaluation" is a lecture I gave to teachers. This is my specific interpretation of the five basic aspects of classroom teaching - "preparation, class, homework, coaching, evaluation." In the previous school-based training, I have already communicated with the teachers on the two aspects of “preparing lessons” and “jobs”. This exchange is mainly for the other three links. In the "class" session, I think the most important thing is to do three things: teaching should be effective; under the guidance of certain teaching strategies; to promote the formation of students' thinking. In the “counselling” session, I remind teachers to clarify the purpose of counseling; to strengthen the diagnosis before counseling; to complete the main counseling in the classroom. How to better play the role of "evaluation"? The suggestions I gave to the teachers were: ways and means of enriching the evaluation; clarifying the type and purpose of the evaluation; and carefully analyzing and researching the data appearing in the evaluation. In each part, I pay special attention to the combination of theory and practice, enumerating the cases that everyone is very familiar with, and let the teachers realize the connotation of a certain educational theory. Therefore, this report has aroused the resonance of many teachers. After the report, several teachers communicated with me and asked for the ppt of the lecture.
"Teacher's Morality and Teacher Professionalization" was delivered by Vice President Chen Aiping. At first glance, I feel that the professional development of teachers and teachers is a topic of little concern. Vice President Chen Aiping tells us the teacher's professional ethics and professional skills through the examination and analysis of teachers' professional development. The two wings, the so-called "German and Shuangxin", refer to the coordinated and fruitful development of these two aspects. After analyzing the international and domestic theories and practical explorations of teacher morality and teacher professional development, she expounds the issue of teacher professional development from the perspectives of role, student and learning. Her story is very focused on the actual connection, some behaviors of teachers in the school, the recent "Fan Run" case, etc., have become a good material for the lecture.
2. In the youth teacher teaching competition of the previous period, two teachers won the first prize in the classroom teaching competition, six teachers won the second prize, and a third prize and the first prize in the blackboard competition. During this school-based training, the school presented a simple but grand ceremony for awarding certificates to award-winning teachers.
We have selected 6 of the award-winning lessons and did the following:
Edit the video of the lesson, cut it into a length of 25 to 30 minutes, and broadcast it to the teachers during the teacher training so that the teachers can understand the main contents of these award-winning lessons;
The award-winning teachers will present their teaching design and ideas for this lesson, and reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of this lesson, so that the teachers can further understand the teaching ideas of the instructors;
Please ask the school's special teacher or the instructor's tutor to evaluate this lesson, pointing out that this lesson is more colorful, and analyzing this lesson can further improve.
In the two sections, we won the first prize. We are teaching and evaluating all the teachers. The second prizes selected in the four sections are divided into the liberal arts and science groups to observe and evaluate the lessons. Each teacher can watch 4 lessons and hear analysis and comments from four different classes.
3. Information platform and resource use training In order to promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the school has invested a lot of financial resources and energy in information technology construction. The information center has started the construction of a new campus platform since last year, which is the development of school-based teaching and research. He has made efforts for the modernization of school education management and has achieved good results. In terms of the construction of subject teaching resources, the school has also produced a large amount of financial resources, collected and compiled a variety of classroom teaching resources, and also added necessary equipment and teaching software for teachers' teaching research and peacetime preparation course.
After a large amount of resources enter the school, a very urgent thing is to let the teachers get familiar with them as soon as possible and use them as soon as possible. Because the development of information technology is changing with each passing day, idle day is a waste of one day. Many teaching software and equipment will be replaced by new things after a few years. It is a waste to not use time.
In view of the above situation, we have specially arranged a promotion platform for information platform and resource use. The person in charge of the information center of our school will display the status and use of the information technology of the school, so that every teacher knows how to use these resources. Serve for your own teaching.
4. The fourth section of interactive exchange school-based training is interactive. We asked the teachers four topics, and asked the teachers to exchange and discuss this.
First, after listening to the report, do you have any experience and understanding of how to further implement the five basic links of teaching? How to improve, do you think that you are better off from that side?
Second, regarding the professional skills of teachers and teachers, what do you think is more important? The "China's Small Teachers' Professional Ethics Code" recently revised by the Ministry of Education puts forward clearer requirements for teachers' professional ethics. What do you think of this?
Third, after watching some of the lessons of young teachers, can you put forward some more specific opinions and suggestions on the further development of young teachers?
Fourth, how can the school's extended curriculum further develop the characteristics of the teaching and research group, promote the development of students' personality, and build a three-year curriculum system? What types of extended courses can you offer based on the overall planning of the teaching and research group?
Interactive communication is on the one hand, and each teacher has to complete a training summary as a result of this training.
5. Training extended three days of training, will soon be over, how to combine some of our school-based training to carry out some deep thinking during the holidays? Under my suggestion, the school library urgently contacted the book circulation agency in the city. Before the end of the training, the Japanese educator Sato's book "The Quiet Revolution" was purchased for each teacher. The teachers were asked to go back seriously. Read and combine your own teaching practice to write a reading note. At the beginning of the new semester, the school will conduct a learning exchange on this topic.
Although there are so many things, I have participated in this school-based training very seriously, and my own harvest is quite a lot.
