School-based training personal summary
The three-day school-based training is coming to an end today. Together with the five working days last week, the teachers have been working for eight days. Although they are very tired, the serious attitude of everyone participating in the training has made me very educated. In each part, I pay special attention to the combination of theory and practice, enumerating the cases that everyone is very familiar with, and let the teachers realize the connotation of a certain educational theory. Therefore, this report has aroused the resonance of many teachers. After the report, several teachers communicated with me and asked for the ppt of the lecture.
"Teacher's Morality and Teacher Professionalization" was delivered by Vice President Chen Aiping. At first glance, I feel that the professional development of teachers and teachers is a topic of little concern. Vice President Chen Aiping tells us the teacher's professional ethics and professional skills through the examination and analysis of teachers' professional development. The two wings, the so-called "German and Shuangxin", refer to the coordinated and fruitful development of these two aspects. After analyzing the international and domestic theories and practical explorations of teacher morality and teacher professional development, she expounds the issue of teacher professional development from the perspectives of role, student and learning. We have selected 6 of the award-winning lessons and did the following:
Edit the video of the lesson, cut it into a length of 25 to 30 minutes, and broadcast it to the teachers during the teacher training so that the teachers can understand the main contents of these award-winning lessons;
The award-winning teachers will present their teaching design and ideas for this lesson, and reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of this lesson, so that the teachers can further understand the teaching ideas of the instructors;

Information platform and resource use training In order to promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the school has invested a lot of financial resources and energy in information technology construction. The information center has started the construction of a new campus platform since last year, which is the development of school-based teaching and research. He has made efforts for the modernization of school education management and has achieved good results. In terms of the construction of subject teaching resources, the school has also produced a large amount of financial resources, collected and compiled a variety of classroom teaching resources, and also added necessary equipment and teaching software for teachers' teaching research and peacetime preparation course.
After a large amount of resources enter the school, a very urgent thing is to let the teachers get familiar with them as soon as possible and use them as soon as possible. Many teaching software and equipment will be replaced by new things after a few years. It is a waste to not use time.
