In daily work, we always tighten the string of safety, strictly abide by the safety procedures of the post, and complete the safety work assigned by the workshop; actively participate in various safety activities organized by the branch; strengthen the inspection of equipment , to eliminate the accident in the bud; to implement the handover program carefully. After the implementation of the above measures, we have achieved safety and accidents this year.

Second, strengthen learning, recognize the situation, and adapt to the new requirements of the job.

In our daily work, we pay great attention to the work and study of employees. Use the pre-class speech time to learn the files issued by the group and branches, learn theoretical knowledge during the shift, learn post operation skills, and strive to improve their ideological and political awareness, theoretical and cultural level, and business operation skills. Especially since the beginning of this year, in the experience of learning “Western Pacific”, our team actively cooperated with the workshop, and all the staff participated in the work of writing the new version of the operating procedures, so that the preparation of the new version of the operating procedures was successfully completed.
