Annual summary of the workshop in 2019

XX years have passed, and in the past year, with the joint efforts of all of us, we have completed the work of the arrangement in the workshop. On the basis of combining the advantages of C-class to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the team members, we further innovated our ideas. We have achieved good results in the construction of the team itself, the accumulation of daily work experience of the team, and the technical training and strengthening of the team members.

1) Team building itself

In our daily work, our C class drives new employees with old employees, and brings the vitality of new employees to the entire team. Give full play to the exemplary role of the old staff to show new employees with good behavior and standardized operation. The leader of the team takes the lead in the main value and cooperates with the backbone of the team to achieve strict rules. It plays a leading role in the new employees. It also establishes a good prestige to make the arrangement of the team more reasonable. At the same time, it also provides new employees with an opportunity for active learning so that they can promote their new self-satisfaction while promoting the new The growth of employees. Although the members of the team have been mobilized, the high level of enthusiasm and high sense of responsibility that has been gradually cultivated in the work has always been the main spiritual driving force of our C class, and the biggest magic weapon for our class to achieve good results in the past year. ,

2) Accumulation of daily work experience of the team

"The three-person line must have my teacher." The team members are old and new, which also gives everyone a good learning opportunity. The old staff has rich work experience, and the new employees have more advanced ideas. The active work just happens to form complementary advantages. The members made summaries and innovations in the production of the team, and recorded the problems encountered in the past work and the methods of solving them, while constantly thinking about new methods to solve the problems encountered. In the past year, under the efforts of everyone, our C class has achieved good results in the daily maintenance of the start and stop of a wind turbine, and has made a good summary of the different requirements of the oil pressure and oil temperature of the fan in different environments; In the daily inspection of the refining and desulfurization equipment, a unique method has also been accumulated in the treatment of the ash silo cleaning and ash, especially in the process of refining the hoisting machine. Summarizing the problems encountered in the start and stop of a wind turbine, we have become more calm and consider more comprehensive, so that we can have better emergency measures for emergency handling in future work.

3) Team technical training and reinforcement

"Theories and practice are equal, technology and humanities are connected." On the one hand, our C class attaches importance to the training opportunities in the workshop, and enriches each team member with the training materials provided. On the other hand, in the process of reforming and perfecting the dust removal equipment, the experts are humbly consulted, and the characteristics of the equipment process requirements and the constraints of various factors are marked with key points. At the same time, the theoretical knowledge obtained in the training is consciously and summarized in production. The combination of the experience gained, thus improving everyone's professional competence, so that each member can stand alone in the post. In the work, we will make a summary, discuss and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each problem encountered, and make progress in the technical aspects, so as to make better dust removal effect, and constantly put forward higher requirements for our team. Strive to make "professional, dedicated" the biggest and best label of our C class.

The biggest feature of the workshop is reflected in a new word: new workshops, new equipment, new employees, and we are also facing new opportunities and challenges.
