2. Work content of the current year 1. The daily work content, the clavulanic acid oral sterile workshop centrifuge, can not be started when the material is full. After I checked it, I found that the load was too heavy before the centrifuge was started. The power delivered by the inverter cannot overcome this torque, causing the centrifuge to fail to start. After understanding the working reason, I reset the starting torque of the inverter and put in the DC braking resistor to extend the starting time and ensure the normal use of the centrifuge.
In the boiler workshop, the 1# induced draft fan inverter always reports “overcurrent when parking”. After my analysis, it is found that the operator stops too fast when parking, and does not stop quickly when the frequency is gradually reduced. . In order to solve this problem completely, I installed a DC reactor for the inverter and set the application parameters of the DC reactor to solve this problem from a technical level. In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, I also explained to the operator of the boiler workshop the normal startup program and precautions.
, Clavulanic acid refining a thin film evaporator in the workshop, the pressure has been at a high level during the use process, can not guarantee the normal operation of production, after I negotiated with Yang Bo, it is recommended to use the inverter control method. The pressure of the equipment is controlled by human means to ensure the stability of production. In the end, we installed a frequency converter for 8 thin-film evaporators, and through a period of operation, we determined that the effect met the expected requirements.
3, reverse osmosis high pressure pump in the plant of Clavulanic Acid Fermentation. When the trial line is used, the inverter can't work normally. After I check it, I found that the parameters of the inverter have been changed artificially, causing conflicts in the running parameters of the inverter. In order to solve this problem, I reset the parameters to ensure the official use of the device.
In the sewage dewatering machine room centrifuge, during the operation, the current fault is reported. After the on-site inspection, I confirm that there is a problem with the motor of the inverter. After further checking the motor, it was found that the motor was short-circuited between turns. After the motor is repaired, the equipment returns to normal.
The main hot water solenoid valve in the boiler workshop, the circuit board is often broken down. I analyze that the working power supply is contaminated by the inverter and other DC electrical equipment, resulting in voltage superposition, forming a high voltage, causing breakdown of the working circuit board. Therefore, I suggest that the regulator be installed in the workshop to supply power to the instrumentation equipment separately to ensure the safe use and stable operation of the instrumentation equipment.
These are just a small part of my daily work. Such accidents often happen. When I need to deal with it, I will always come to the scene first, do my best to troubleshoot the workshop as soon as possible, and restore the normal operation of the equipment. .
Second, technical transformation, July technical transformation of the main circuit of the 304# large tank inverter control cabinet of Clavulanic acid fermentation, changed from 4# transformer load circuit to 1# transformer load circuit. Through the transformation, the load of the 4# transformer can be maintained at 3200a in the high production stage, ensuring the safety of the equipment and achieving the expected effect of the transformation.
In August, the drum and the draft electric control loop of the boiler workshop 1-4# furnace were interlocked. The boiler workshop 1-4# furnace is the old equipment that was removed from the big medicine. There is no electrical control chain in the old drum induced electric wind. In the production, the induced draft fan stops due to sudden accidents, and the blower continues to operate, which can cause the boiler to temper, which may cause damage to equipment and personnel. In this regard, in the absence of drawings, I measured the electrical circuit of the drum and the induction motor control inverter cabinet in the boiler workshop, and finally found the way of chain control.
