This is definitely a "year of physical exhaustion." During the year, all the activities of the college have our presence, and I participated in the planning and implementation of the content in charge. Welcome, sports, celebrations, parent conferences, photography contests, science and technology festivals, this is a major event attended by the Department of Public Information. After that, small events continued and meetings continued. There was a freshman who complained to me and said that the news department of their class was too tired. He looked very hard. I thanked and apologized to my officers. Everyone worked hard.

In the past year, as long as there is a big event, I will get sick once. Minister Li Wei sometimes has a lot of time, and the officers are busy. I have forgotten how many times, because I am too tired, I want to give up my work, I can be brought back to reality by reason, and my sense of responsibility drives me to stick to it. I am a sloppy person. The Minister has given me a lot of help. We also communicated in a timely manner. With the support of each other, we carefully manage the work of the Department of Public Information.

More than a little bit has been paid. Over the past year, 80% of the energy has been invested in the Department of Public Information. The time for doing personal things is relatively small. There are also the support of the Students' Union and the trust of the partners.

Paying is not necessarily rewarding, but the harvest is always the result. At the beginning of my tenure, I felt unprecedented pressure. The nature of the Department of Public Information is somewhat special. I need to do something with high technical requirements. Both the Minister and the Minister are both junior solicitors. No one is instructing. I completely explore the progress and confusion. In the painful period, although struggling, it has grown a lot. At the beginning, there was no experience at all, and the work was not done well. I know that many teachers may feel disappointed with us. But we did not give up our efforts. I still remember the moment when the college news came to the school. I was really happy for one night. I still remember receiving a compliment from Teacher Zhang. I smirked for three days. Why not pay back, as long as it is a small affirmation, you will feel that all the hard work is worth it.

I am not reconciled. If I want to be a minister, I must first pass the customs. I can say that I have read twice as many books as I have seen in my freshman year. As a person, there are many things that have to be done and have to be learned. Since I became a minister, I have forced myself to learn a lot of things. Looking back, it is fruitful and full of happiness!

There must be a lot of unsatisfactory things in our work. The teachers have also given a lot of help. Correction and criticism are indispensable. Therefore, my resistance to stress has also improved greatly in the past year. I always complain about not doing things before. Learned more analytically and treated calmly.

Correct mentality is also a great achievement for me. During my tenure, I fully felt the impact of my mentality on my work. When I faced all of them with a peace of mind, all the pressures were reduced and the work completion was greatly improved.

The last is the emotional gain. Let's first talk about the student union , this warm team, we have gone through a lot of bumps and harvests of various achievements, playing together and working together, and the ministers of various departments have a good relationship.

Come again, I want to talk about our news department. My minister and I refer to the officers as their own children. Oh, some people laughed and said that it was a few months longer than us, but everyone fell in love with this family. I also had dinner with the officers, discussing things that were not related to work, and loving each other without any barriers. I am very sorry, because other departments have gone out to play together, Qiandao Lake, Xixi, wherever they go, and our Department of Information has just eaten and sang songs, and indeed did not organize a group trip, every time The paintings are all aborted. This is my heart disease with Li Wei, but also because our Department of Public Information has already worked hard, and it is too unhuman to use the holidays together. This batch of officers was brought up by Li and I personally, and invested too much energy and emotions.
