The Linjiang Middle School Student Union has been established for a year and a half. During this year and a half, we have experienced ups and downs. 1. In order to make the students work better, we have a new student meeting at the beginning of the semester. In the process of the new process, the ministries strictly followed the internal regulations of the student union , carefully assessed and selected the most freshly, and injected the freshest blood into the student union . The successful conclusion of this work has become the driving force for the smooth progress of future work. At the same time, a new student council cadre was also elected through democratic elections.

2. The various departments of the Student Union coordinate and fully play their role, making our campus a quiet, civilized, healthy and harmonious campus. For example, members of the Ministry of Culture and Sports organize inspections of various classes during the noon and evening static schools, and urge the students to keep the campus quiet. The Discipline Inspection Department organizes students to check the wearing status of the school cards and maintain the order of the dining halls, so that the students can form a conscious queue. The civilized habit of eating, the crowded canteen became orderly.

3. Organize large-scale events. Under the coordination of various departments of the Student Union , we maintained and guaranteed the most grand event of our school - the Games. In this event, the results of our student unions were fully affirmed by the school leaders.

4. The student union will be commended at the end of the period. Most of the members of our student union work very hard and seriously. I have been affirmed by many teachers and classmates. In order to make them more motivated and work harder, we have changed the way of commendation in previous years. We are all members of the Students' Union . This way is too general, no matter how much work is usually done in the usual work, the result is the same, to a certain extent, it has also reduced the enthusiasm of many students. Therefore, we have adopted a superior approach, allowing members of various departments to democratically elect themselves and select outstanding members. We only recognize outstanding members. In this way, they can improve their enthusiasm for learning, and secondly, they can promote the healthy development of the student union .

In the one-and-a-half-year work of the student union , from the fact that the student union has just set up a period of scattered sand, and now has a small achievement, although it is praised by teachers and students, there are still some shortcomings:

1. As the size of the school expands, the number of classes and numbers increases, and the number of members required by the student union is increasing. When there are more people, it will inevitably lead to the opportunity for individual students to use the student union to do other things that are not related to the study work, which affects the image of the student union .

2, many problems were not found in time, not able to complete in time, but let the leaders find out to remind us to complete. This is very passive.

3. Lack of communication and communication between various departments, resulting in some regular activities of the Student Union , the organization is not tight enough, neglecting many details, lacking integrity and continuity. The quality of the overall student union membership needs to be further improved.

In the face of the challenges of the knowledge economy, how will students play the role of grassroots student unions in the increasingly open campus, and make due contributions to the development of our school. In the future work practice, we will continue to work hard and explore, and develop our strengths and avoid weaknesses.
