The work of the vice-president of the one-year student union has passed so quickly. I learned a lot in the year, I know a lot, and I understand a lot.

Recalling the step-by-step approach to the stage of the student union : after the recommendation of the department, the assessment of the secretary of the school league committee and the teacher, and the trust of the leadership of the school league committee, I became the only sophomore student of the presidium of the student union , I am honored to I also felt the weight of responsibility and trust, so I chose to continue to maintain a constant passion and passion, and to face each task with a learning attitude.

As a member of the Bureau, we share the communication and management of different departments. The department I am responsible for is the Ministry of Culture and Education and the Department of Girls. Therefore, a department that dominates the cultural life of the campus has become the focus of my work, and two departments. The ministers are all junior school sisters, so the first thing I face is one of the most important issues----communication skills, which is that I have learned the experience I have never had before. I try my best to be a younger brother. Close to them, after a familiar understanding of the way to talk, the distance of our future cooperation work, and then clear my future work attitude is to maintain a learning mentality and work hard with them.

From the early conception and planning of each activity to the establishment of the event, it is decided by all the personnel of a department. This process seems simple, but the details determine the success or failure of an activity.

Soon after the student union has been re-elected, our next important task is to assess the level of undergraduate education. The series of activities in the community tour week determines the performance of our school in the assessment, a party that reflects the cultural life standards of the campus, let us know. How important is our mission. From the planning of the previous period, the collection of programs of various departments, the preliminary screening of the program, the secondary screening, the programming of the program, the integration of the program, and the three-month preparation of the rehearsal after three months, finally one can be said that the school has been established since the school was established. One of the most large and influential parties was successfully completed and received praise from school leaders and evaluation experts. At the same time, in the whole process, the most noteworthy thing is that in the process of collecting programs of various departments, considering that it is not only the problem of good or bad programs, but also the programs of various departments, I feel that communication and cooperation are sufficient at that time. The embodiment of the unity of a student organization is of great importance. At the same time, our work still has certain deficiencies. In the process of communication, more humanization is added, and the whole school students are mobilized to participate in the whole organization process, so that the work is decomposed and shared, and the department's officers are not lost to the work. Fun, implement incentives for work, and make staff feel a sense of accomplishment for their work.

After a big baptism, let me have a big change in seeing the problem. I can raise my perspective to a certain level to look at the problems I have experienced.

I learned a lot in every meeting and study, including communication skills, task assignment, reception tasks, acceptance of tasks, acceptance of criticism, recognition of the leadership, and the experience of the leadership communication process, giving me a lot of experience in growth.
