I. Department Profile

The Ministry of Life is responsible for the construction of the student dormitory culture, doing the work-study and poverty-stricken students' comfort work, formulating and improving the health rules and regulations, conducting regular and irregular health inspections, and assessing the management of the college's civilized dormitory and weekly. The dormitory appraisal work, collecting the monthly dossing results, and making a summary every three weeks. Organize the implementation of various labor tasks arranged by the school department, and carry out the work of the inspection and implementation of the health responsibility area for the jurisdiction of our hospital. At the same time, assist other departments to organize activities, do logistics services for the major activities of the college, and prepare train tickets for students before the summer and winter vacations.

2. This semester work

Hygiene inspection

There is a regular and irregular health check every week. We have improved the reference standards for health inspection of student residences and the evaluation criteria for dormitory health scores. In the process of dormitory health inspection, we treat people with politeness and put forward their deficiencies and demand perfection. Finally, we promptly announced the results of the student dormitory inspection and the existing problems to the college. Regular weekly dormitory hygiene inspections not only strengthened the health management of the dormitory, but also urged the students to organize their own internal affairs so that they can develop good living habits and provide a good environment for learning. At the same time, it ensures the communication between the classmates and the student union , and finds problems and solves them in time. Such information exchange and workflow ensure the safety and comfort of the students' living environment, and also fulfill the mission of the Ministry of Life.

2. Jumping rope contest

In order to enrich the students' after-school campus culture life, the Ministry of Life hosted a skipping contest. In the early stage of the event, we did a lot of preparations for publicity and mobilized everyone's enthusiasm. The students actively participated in the competition, vying to contribute to the class, reflecting the unity and cooperation ability of contemporary college students and the positive spirit. This event has greatly enhanced the cohesiveness of each class, and has aroused the atmosphere of everyone and enriched everyone's extracurricular cultural life.

3. Logistics services

The Ministry of Life has made outstanding contributions to the logistics of the activities organized by the School of Mechanical Engineering. In this year's work, I did a good job of logistical work for the Newborn Cup basketball game sponsored by the Ministry of Sports. During the event, I provided water for the students and referees without interruption, so that every student can drink drinking water in time. Our logistics work is often well received by our classmates. Good logistics provides a good living atmosphere for our mechanical college students. In every activity held by the college, the Ministry of Life actively cooperated with various departments to do a good job in logistics services for each event.

4. Train ticket order

Going home for a student studying in his hometown is a very important thing, and the Ministry of Life plays an indispensable role in this matter. At the end of each semester, it is also the busiest time of the Ministry of Life. The ordering of train tickets is complicated and meticulous, and requires us to be meticulous. A small mistake may also cause a classmate to fail to return home on time. Although this tedious work is hard, it is also the time to reflect the highest value of the members of the Ministry of Life. 5. Photo Contest

Organized by the school and society association, the photography association hosted the "Sunshine Sports" photography contest. This competition is an activity in the 12.9 series of activities. Through a week-long publicity work, we will let the students understand the theme and significance of the event and prepare for more than a month. The students participated actively. We received a total of 105 works and selected more than 50 of them to participate in the school-level competition to showcase the students of the School of Mechanical Engineering.
