Student Union's work department summary
Looking back over the past semester, the Hospitality and Management Department, under the correct leadership of the College Work Department and the careful assistance and guidance of the Student Union , coordinated and cooperated with each department in the Department of Housing and Management with the strong support and cooperation of the teachers and students. Under the circumstance, under the fine tradition of inheriting and carrying forward the cadres of previous hospitality departments, we will continue to develop and innovate with the goal of creating a “healthy, hygienic, comfortable and civilized” dormitory environment. We must do our job in a practical manner, unite and lead all the cadres and cadres to carry out a series of colorful activities in a targeted manner, and truly fulfill the amateur life of the majority of students while learning. This semester department has mainly done the following work:
First, regular work: create a good environment for students to learn and live. The department will check the lights of the dormitory during the evening break every Sunday to Thursday and at 11:00 pm; check the internal hygiene of the dormitory every Monday at 5:30 pm. In order to achieve the habit of urging the students to consciously clean and turn off the lights in the evening, we will timely check the results of the inspections and hand them over to the hands of the teacher of the hospitality department and promptly report them to the counselors of the departments.
Second, the group's health appraisal: Under the guidance of the teacher of the hospitality department, the inspection of the cadres and the members of the dormitory, the hospital has repeatedly achieved good results in the monthly group health appraisal, and has also been affirmed by the school and teachers.
Third, recruit new work: due to lack of staff in the department, the department recruited a new batch of inspection cadres in the 5th week. The list was officially confirmed in the 8th week. Make the department work better.
Fourth, actively cooperate with the activities carried out by the various departments of the Student Union . The Institute of Hospitality and Management adheres to the "division of work and cooperation" in the purpose of the Student Union and actively cooperates with the various departments of the Student Union .
In addition, due to the lack of funding for this semester, the “Modeling, Civilized Dormitory Awarding Conference” originally scheduled for this semester will be postponed until the next semester. In general, the Department of Housing Management achieved good results this semester, and it was also affirmed by the school and students. But what is more important behind the results is that it also exposes many problems and deficiencies that exist. Therefore, we must demand ourselves with higher standards, treat our work with greater enthusiasm, and complete the college with a more rigorous attitude. The task of confession.
