The smooth development of this orientation work is very proud of the good preparations in the early stage. The Student Union held a meeting for the orientation of the new work. 1. In the scheduling of orientation personnel, the bureau is coordinated, and the responsible persons of all departments actively participate in the cooperation, which truly reproduces the information college student union is a warm and united family.

3. Welcome the publicity work. At 6:30 in the morning of September 2, the Student Union worked and everyone quickly arranged the venue. The big banner with the "Information Academy" is particularly eye-catching, and it is very harmonious with the publicity board with a little ancient beauty. Sophomores and juniors received a small blackboard in front of each class and wrote "Welcome a freshman to the home", which made our department welcome the new scene. The freshman who just came to our school came to the front of each reception class to receive the teaching list and registration procedures. Sophomores and juniors have provided "all-round" services for new students. They enthusiastically explained the details of our hospital for new parents, helped them carry their luggage, and implemented a one-on-one campus help system to make new students. The first time I came to school was warm. The Student Union provides a good service for the reception class. In response to the lack of water at the reception site, they specially moved the water dispenser to the welcome site. And the student union also set up a table at the scene to solve the problems temporarily appearing in the reception work. Since the freshmen came from all over the country, the time of arrival was very low, so the reception of the new students continued from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm. During this time, the student union accompanied the members of the reception class to “maintain the post” until the end, which provided convenience for the students. The members of the study department are mainly responsible for registering new students, handling formalities, and arranging accommodations so that they can quickly find a place to rest. As of September 4, the freshman actually reported 151 people, and 19 people were not reported, the reported rate was 88.82%.
