Because of luck, I was grateful when I first entered the university, with my first dreams on the campus, and I was full of enthusiasm for campus life. Every day I filled out different flyers and registration forms. One day, when I filled out the registration form for the College Youth Association, I inadvertently wrote in the column of interest that I usually like to write. In this way, this leaflet was discovered by the sister of the last session of the Ministry of Information and Communication, so she immediately called me and transferred me to work in her department. In fact, at the time, I didn't know much about the work of the Information and Propaganda Department. I didn't even have any confidence in my writing skills.
During my tenure as a secretary, I got the help of many school seniors. They never mind the immaturity of my work and always guide me patiently. So, in a short period of time, I am already familiar with the work of the Information Propaganda Department. I have already had a certain sensitivity to the news, and I have a strong interest and sense of responsibility. The more I pay, the more I want to get from it, which in turn makes me work harder.
Naturally, I campaigned for the Minister of Information and Propaganda Department. Because the information propaganda department took me into a new world, here I found another aspect of my talent; here, I got more people's recognition; here, I have new hobbies, With enthusiasm.
Because of the harvest, I found that after I was really responsible for the information and publicity department, some things seemed so simple, but it was not so easy to solve. After I took over, the first big thing was to organize the manuscripts of the 07-level military training experience. From the selection of drafts to submissions, our department is responsible for ensuring quality. Therefore, what I did was not only to patiently select their manuscripts, but also to sit in front of the computer to help them vote. In the final analysis, I have to ensure that the propaganda work of our military training is done very well, and constantly encourage them to improve. The quality of the manuscript. During that time, due to the heavy workload, eight hours of sleep could not be guaranteed every day. The facts gave me the greatest comfort, and finally the publicity work of our school was commended. At the moment of the news, all the fatigue was lost.
In my work, another profound experience of my work is that the student union is a big family. Only the unity of all departments can accomplish all kinds of work with high efficiency and high quality. Our department actually plays a supporting role in the work of various departments. The leading role is not us, but we are absolutely not able to do so. In the work, our department must actively communicate with other departments to understand the latest developments in the activities of the hospital, in order to do a good job in this part of the work. If you have any problems at work, you should actively reflect to other members of the Student Union , or ask the teacher to reflect, solve the problem in time, and learn how to solve the problem.
At work, I sometimes make mistakes, for example, the newsletter is not timely enough, or what is wrong with the photo. At this time, I will take the initiative to admit my negligence and ask everyone for forgiveness. Because a mistake can also affect the work of other departments, and even affect the work of the college. If you make a mistake, you must dare to admit your mistakes, learn from them, and learn to think about problems so that you can make progress.
I paid, but at the same time I also gained and grew up, so I feel very satisfied.
Because of my friends, I am happy at the student union . I have learned not only the work experience, but also a lot of valuable life experience. Here, I realized that many excellent people, their efforts, their enthusiasm, their kindness, and their smiles have deeply infected me. I feel that I am lucky to have these friends and I am very happy to get along with them. Sometimes I feel that I still have a big gap with them, so I encourage them to learn and ask for progress.
