good afternoon everyone! Entrusted by the Presidium of the Press Group, I summarized the work of the Student Press Group of Lanzhou University of Technology in XX-2010.

In our work, our ability and value have been fully reflected, and we have achieved remarkable results, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the press group. At the same time, we have exposed some problems in our work. Now let me make a simple summary of the above two aspects:

In the process of continuous exploration and advancement, our team's achievements mainly include the following aspects:

First, the organizational aspect. Since the establishment of our group, we have actively recruited talents and injected a lot of fresh blood into the journalists. For the novices, we have experienced training for the experienced members to improve the overall quality of all members and enhance their sense of responsibility and comprehensive ability. It laid the foundation for the smooth development and progress of the work of the press group.

Second, in terms of manuscripts, all members of the journalist group actively observe campus life, pay attention to the large-scale events and activities in the school, and report campus information in a timely manner. On the third and fourth editions of the school newspaper, on the campus network and Hongliu Online, the journalists’ journals are constantly coming out, showing a trend of blossoming and positive.

Third, improve the duty system. After the personnel are put in place, we quickly established a duty system to enable the organization to operate in time. We implement the duty responsibility system, which is from 4:55 to 5:30 pm, at 1#224, and the task is : 1) Record the manuscripts sent by the colleges on the same day and deal with them; 2) Count the number of manuscripts transmitted by the colleges on the day; 3) Read the new edition of the newspaper and read the post; 4) Clean the office.

At the same time, it also organized a tour of the hospitals, and conducted comprehensive interviews and reports on the advanced figures and advanced deeds of the colleges. For example, the interview report of Liu Fuzhen, the runner-up of the Northwest Division of the cctv Cup English Speech Contest, broadcasted on campus broadcast, provided a good method for everyone to learn English, and encouraged everyone to learn English passion. After a long period of preparation and preparation, with the joint efforts of all members of the press group, the magazine "Yanling" was officially published by the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Lanzhou University of Technology and sponsored by the Student Press Group of Lanzhou University of Technology. Sixth, social activities. The press group constantly seeks development and cooperation. At the beginning of May this year, the reporter team of Lanzhou University of Technology planned and hosted a group of associations of colleges and universities in Lanzhou. The meeting invited Lanzhou University, the key members of the journalists' group of seven universities including Northwest University for Nationalities to come to our school to exchange experiences and learn from each other's strengths, so that our group will take a new step toward a more formal and professional road.

However, in the course of work, we have also exposed many problems. There are mainly the following aspects.

First, the organization is not perfect, the team is slow, and the management is not strict enough.

Second, the professional level of the members is not good, and the work is quite difficult, resulting in the quality of the manuscript is not high, and the utilization rate is relatively low.

Third, the implementation of the reward and punishment system and various assessment systems is not thorough, and has not been implemented in practice, which has spurred the work enthusiasm of some members.

Fourth, collective cohesion is not enough, lack of collaboration and team spirit.

Fifth, the general enthusiasm of the members of the team is not high, especially the old members, lack of work enthusiasm and initiative.

Sixth, the implementation of various tasks is not clear, not specific, not specific, and implementation is not timely.

Seventh, the experience is not enough, too little exercise.

In view of the above, we will start from the following aspects in the future work:

First, do a good job in the selection of members

Editorial Department: responsible for the editorial work of the school newspaper, campus network, group magazine and Hongliu network

Planning Department: Formulate work plans for all stages of the press group, plan various activities, and cooperate with the editorial department to do the editing and planning of the publications such as the magazines.

3. Personnel responsibility system

Under the premise of the departmental responsibility system, the division of labor is refined, the responsibility is to the people, and the person-in-charge system is implemented.
