The second half of the study department summary


Time flies, white clouds pass, summer arrives, and a school year is about to end. From March to June, the learning department has done a lot for the students. This is also accompanied by the footprint of our growth.
What our department did during this semester is as follows:
March:
First of all, our department will collect and count the results of all student union officers in the last semester to clarify the learning status of each officer, highlight outstanding, and spur insufficient! At the same time, all student union members can be encouraged to follow the study and work. The statistical results were motivated by the Propaganda Department. In addition, our department has continued to strengthen the construction of the blog of this department to promote regular exchanges between the officers and facilitate post-work.
Second, it is the preparation of the sports meeting and the debate. Some time before the start of the Games, our department mainly provided logistical help for rehearsal teachers and classmates, including: collecting and distributing props for students in the rehearsal, recovering repair items, and installing the stage for loudspeakers, microphones, etc. device. Drinking water for the rehearsal classmates, etc. I have missed a lot of lunch breaks and late self-study times. Everyone has no complaints. I just hope that everyone’s hard-working programs will be full of applause. And the facts prove that our efforts are rewarding. In the early stage of the debate, our department promoted the "Technology Cup" debate contest to the students of the whole college, and together with the members of the previous debate, recruited the debate team. We held two different types of debates, and we found out the talents and found the expected talents to participate in the Polytechnic Cup debate. Our department also gained valuable training in this process of recruiting new ideas and accumulated practical experience.
April:
After the start of the sports meeting, we kept the belongings for the group gymnastics performers, and went to the scene to cheer for the athletes and write the newsletter. After the opening ceremony, we sat in a classroom and kept writing. Everyone wrote softly, but they all felt very worthwhile because our business school had achieved remarkable results in the sports meeting. We paid only the tip of the iceberg. It doesn't matter.
"Technology Cup" debate contest: This competition is the sole responsibility of our department. During the period, our department found training teachers for the court debate team and did their best to help them, such as the analysis of the contest's arguments and the collection of relevant materials. Among them, Minister Huang Liying paid the most. We have also been paying attention to their game progress, organizing classmates to watch and cheer! Although our performance was not good in this competition, it has aroused the enthusiasm of the students to some extent. Our department will continue to pay attention to and support the debate team!
"Eddie. Bessen Cup" The 2nd Chengdu University Management Consulting Elite Challenge: Our department and the Social Practice Department are responsible for the registration of the whole school. Although the task is arduous, the enthusiasm of the students in the department is very high. We implemented shifts and were very active in providing content and meaning to the school's classmates. We also encouraged everyone to sign up and showcase the enthusiasm of our department. This work also enhanced the awareness of unity and collaboration within the department.
Business School English Speaking Contest: We are also responsible for the Social Practice Department. First of all, we sent invitations to the students in the whole school, and conducted a preliminary contest in the s1101 classroom, and selected more than a dozen students with good oral English to enter the semi-finals. The semi-finals were held in the academic lecture hall, and a number of teachers and outstanding students were invited to take the judges. Among them is a foreign teacher, a rehearsal, a humorous host, and a versatile performance guest from time to time to make a serious game burst into laughter. The game also left us with a lesson: familiarize and prepare the instrument before the game to avoid accidents like this.
May:
A month of grief for the Chinese people.
After the Wenchuan Earthquake, the school delegation organized a fundraising event for the people in the disaster area to provide love for the students in the disaster area. And our members are doing something within their power. And the performance of the students was also very enthusiastic, and they all generously donated money and donations, and most of them expressed their concern for the people in the disaster area in an anonymous way. Although the volunteer activities of the initial school branch committee were cancelled for some reason, the members were somewhat disappointed, but everyone actively took the initiative to exert their own light and heat.
Before the earthquake raid, our department did the following work: the first round of the school's cultural festival, followed by the May Fourth Youth Festival and the Academy debate show. It is worth mentioning that when collecting books in the pre-work of the book, a total of more than 100 books were collected in three days! Although the event was cancelled due to the earthquake, our students’ support for cultural exchanges has deeply moved us...
The deceased is already there, and the survivors still need to live. Let us be grateful for life, awe of death, and continue to sail in the ocean of life in June:
Near the end of the period, the department has less work. Mainly responsible for the publicity and exhibition work of the business school in the floating book activities of Chengdu University of Technology and the drifting of books. This month, the last regular meeting of the school year was held. The minister praised everyone for their hard work and hoped that everyone would achieve excellent results in the exam and win glory for the learning department!
Looking back at the school work plan:
1 case system, departmental evaluation system has been well implemented, so that everyone's hard work has specific statistics, so the awards of our department officers are small, but the gold content is extremely high.
2 In the officer training section, the department's blog construction is not enough: the blog has become a routine place, and everyone's participation is less. During the semester, departmental matters were issued by the Minister. Everyone negotiated the plan and completed it step by step. As a result, the capabilities of the officers have been improved to some extent.
The work listed at the beginning of the 3 semester, except for the English corner, is still being planned, and the rest are well implemented and worth encouraging.
