The society is managed by the students themselves. It consists of a group of people with common interests. The composition of college students is the most beautiful stage to showcase contemporary college students. On this stage, everyone can show themselves, can learn knowledge, know friends, improve skills, and gain happiness and self-enrichment , better realize its own value.

In a certain sense, community culture is a kind of popular culture with a broad public base, and the people here are actually full of energetic college students. Therefore, the vitality and creativity of this culture can be imagined; the community culture should have a better development.

In the academic year, the Social Welfare Association also focused on the guidance and assistance of the community work, and actively participated in the community activities. Since the association is established based on hobbies and interests, it has the inherent looseness of existence, and simple mandatory management simply does not work. This association is mainly divided into three parts: information collection and summary, rating and ranking, and bureau review.

The first link, information collection and summary: collect and organize the annual work summary of the society, the financial report of the association, the attendance rate of the meeting, etc., and obtain information on the activities of the association, the internal management of the association, and the cooperation of the association with the work of the association. The cadres of the Social Welfare Department report on the situation of the relevant associations; conduct public opinion surveys for ordinary members of the associations, investigate the satisfaction of the members of the associations with their communities, and understand the community activities and internal management of the associations from the side. Finally, the above information is summarized to form a material.

The second link, rating and grading: According to the collected information, the club is scored. The Ministry of Supervision has produced a community evaluation and quantitative score sheet according to the “Appraisal System of Student Associations in the East Campus of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology”. The table is divided into seven aspects: financial management, organization construction, community activities, community propaganda and awards, intra-school recognition survey, school league committee leaders and associations, and additional points, including the main aspects of community work. Based on the quantitative score table, the Ministry of Supervision issued the basic points, and then the supervisors in charge of the investigations to fill in the gaps and correct the problematic scores, and conducted a second round of scoring; the Secretariat filled the second round of scoring into the electronic file score. The table is then checked by the chairman and the initial score is obtained. The Secretariat informs the community of the initial score. If the community has doubts, it will appeal to the corresponding deputy vice chairman. The vice chair will answer the appeal; correct the scores that have problems, and get the final score of the quantitative evaluation of each society.

According to the regulations of the system, the Social Union ranks the majority of the associations, and the associations with a score below 60 are classified as d-level associations, the associations with 60-70 points are designated as c-level associations, and the associations with 70-80 points are designated as b-level associations. Associations, associations of 80-100 points are designated as a-level associations.

The third session, the presidium comment: The Presidium of the Social Welfare Association takes the score of the quantitative evaluation as an important reference. In the end, after the approval of the Communist Youth League Working Committee, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology East Campus produced 10 excellent associations, 15 outstanding presidents, an organization management award, one best popularity award and two best innovation awards.

Strengthening management with rewards is the original intention of the community. This evaluation is the further standardization of the management of the association by the Eastern District Social Welfare Association. Although there have been many problems encountered in the evaluation process, the Social Welfare Association has always adhered to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and strives to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses.
