On the basis of the October 20, 2019, the General Manager of the Department of Construction and Management strictly followed the management requirements of the “Students' Code of Henan Urban Construction College” and conducted an internal inspection and appraisal of more than 200 dormitory rooms.

According to the "Administrative Measures for the Dormitory of Henan Urban Construction College", the dormitory evaluation is mainly carried out in five aspects: bedroom hygiene, dormitory affairs, bedroom culture, bedroom discipline and bedroom safety. The evaluation method is as follows: 1. The daily inspection of the boarding staff; 2. The general branch of the building management team cooperates with the counselors of each class to fix the dormitory for a period of time.

Generally speaking, through the evaluation activities, the students' self-discipline awareness is enhanced, the students' sense of collective honor is stimulated, the student dormitory management is more standardized and institutionalized, and the student dormitory environment becomes neat, elegant and comfortable. From the inspection of the dormitory and the evaluation of the bedroom, there are some places worthy of summing up:

The dormitory was cleaned on time every day, and most of the bedrooms remained better.

The floor and walls were thoroughly cleaned, and the phenomenon of scribbling on the wall was basically stopped. The spider web on the corner of the roof was completely removed.

The sleeping room is well organized, and most of the daily necessities in the bedroom are neatly arranged.

Most of the bedrooms have healthy and up-to-date quotes and good cultural atmosphere.

Students are united and friendly, and the dormitory is well disciplined, and they can abide by the Regulations on Dormitory Management.

Problems:

Individual bedroom cleaning is not thorough enough, such as behind the door, window and some garbage corners. .

The hygiene of individual bedrooms is kept poor.

The daily necessities of individual sleeping rooms are not neatly placed, throwing shoes, clothes, sheets and other items.
