Summary of the work of adult education schools in 2019

In the past year, under the correct leadership of the district adult education school and the township government, our township school has served the "three rural" as its own responsibility, closely surrounding the leading industries in our town, and actively carried out "scientific and technological training" and "three rural areas". Activities such as “supporting experimental varieties” have achieved good results. The report on the work of my hometown for one year is as follows:

First, increase the income of science and technology training

In the past year, in order to enable farmers to achieve high yield and stable production, and to take the road of science and technology to get rich, we have made full use of the educational bases of township schools and villages to conduct different content training according to the different industrial structure characteristics of each village. This year, we held four “dairy cattle breeding” technology trainings in the five breeding villages of Gongzhuang, Henan Zhuang, Aijia Circle, Lizhuangzi and Xiaoxinzhuang, benefiting more than 260 people. Using the township adult education position, we organized the training of “fruit tree cultivation” and “fruit tree pruning” supplemented by Fan Sancun, with Wangzhuangzi, Xuzhuangzi and platform villages as the mainstay, with more than 40 beneficiaries. At the end of the lecture, many villagers in Fansan Village invited the lecturers to the village to give guidance on the scene and gave high praise to the lectures given by the teachers. At the same time of science and technology training, we have not forgotten the construction of spiritual civilization. We have downloaded a large number of textbooks on “harmonious family” and “winter health care” from the Internet to the villagers of Trumpet Village and other villages. Our aim is to: Let the villagers get a good harvest of spiritual materials.

Second, improve new technologies to benefit villagers

Last year, our township school coordinated the famous senior agronomist Hao Chen in our township to promote the new variety of yacon in the township. Due to lack of experience, the output is not high. In order to help the villagers increase production and income this year, we have 8 farmers in Qianshan as the key contact. Users, help them sum up experience, find professional households to go to the site to guide, download the materials related to the cultivation and management of yacon from the Internet and send them to their hands. This year, not only the yacon fruit in Qianshan has a good growth and high yield, but other village growers have different degrees of growth and higher yields than last year.

Third, the "three-in-village" work is full of color

In order to give full play to the role of the big horn, we fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the announcer, sent the broadcast materials in time, held a summary meeting every month, and went to the village to check the files once a month. In order to improve the cultural quality of the villagers, we broadcast the content. There are both science and technology, as well as cultural and educational aspects. They broadcast at least 2- to 3-times per week for 10 minutes to half an hour. The broadcast of these contents has benefited the people and they have acquired knowledge. Improve the cultural quality. Especially at the end of November, Henghe Village of our township passed the provincial agricultural broadcasting verification as a provincial-level broadcasting village, and the superior leaders gave high praise. Our township school has contributed to the construction of a new type of countryside.

In order to make the work of “Into the 100 Villages and Hundreds of Industries”, we will go to the village to talk with the village party secretary, the village director and the people every month to understand their needs. This year, we have held several "milk farming" technical training and "fruit cultivation" technical training held in Dongwuzhuang several times according to the needs of the villagers.

For the determination of the contact person, we have made reforms this year. We canceled those professional households with good technology and high output, and included the professional households with the bottom of production and urgently needed technology. We absorbed two new pig farmers from Yokogawa and visited them one to two times a month to understand them. The need to send them technical tabloids and scientific and technical information to help them improve their skills, and assist our hometown agronomist to help sum up experience and on-site guidance.

Every month, we edit the science and technology tabloids. We all focus on the leading industries in our hometown. According to the changes in the seasons, the people need to edit the content, and the monthly tabloids are sent to the contact households and supporters in time.

In short, in the past year, we have been based on practical ideas, pioneering and innovating for development, doing well in organizing and coordinating, strengthening service awareness, broadening the service field around local industrial structure, and guiding all work with advanced and pragmatic ideas, so that the township school has truly become a vast majority. The peasant's rich base has become the backbone of the sustained and healthy development of the local economy.
