After the school took on the experimental task of curriculum reform sports discipline, the school leaders attached great importance to it. They actively selected two physical education teachers to participate in the curriculum reform experiment teacher training class held by the municipal and district education committees. Fourth, there are problems and difficulties
1. The teaching materials, teaching tools and other resources of the experimental textbooks are insufficient. The "National Xiaosheng Broadcast Gymnastics" has no audio tape, which affects and limits the development of teaching activities.
2. There are a large number of small classes in the venue. The number of experimental classes is too large. It is difficult for teachers to organize teaching, and some students cannot take care of them.
3. The curriculum reform experts have less guidance to the classroom, and there are not many opportunities for teachers to concentrate on learning. The teaching practice and theoretical standards of teachers are not improved.
It is inevitable that these problems and difficulties exist in the experimental stage. In the future work, we will further improve our ideological understanding.
