During the semester, the first-to-sixth grade Chinese classes and the third to fourth grades of the folk language classes were implemented in the curriculum reform. Under the joint efforts of teachers of all grades, they were carried out in a tense and orderly manner. The work of this semester is summarized as follows:
First, conscientiously implement the guiding ideology of "people-oriented, focusing on education and scientific research, and taking curriculum reform as the driving force", and constantly strengthen the understanding of the basic concepts of the lesson among teachers, and require every teacher to bear in mind this guiding ideology. Play a good role in the process of curriculum reform.
Second, the specific practices:
1. At the beginning of the school, the school has established a corresponding system to ensure that the curriculum reform work is effective. Such as "Course Reform Teacher Training Program", "Key Teacher Training Program", "Buddhist-Chinese Bilingual Teaching Plan", "Control and Protection Measures", etc., through the implementation of plans and measures, strengthened the curriculum reform Supervision and management of work.
2. Strengthen the study of the theory of ideas and improve the professional level of teachers.
Theoretical study is an important part of the implementation of curriculum reform. This semester, the school requires teachers to actively carry out self-study in theory and take study notes. The teachers carefully studied the "New Curriculum Standards" and wrote serious study notes on the teaching objectives of the subject. Each teacher also subscribed to professional theoretical books and magazines at his own expense, combined with the characteristics of the subject, and set off a climax of learning on campus.
3. Actively participate in various teaching and research activities at all levels. During the semester, our school actively organized teachers to participate in various types of training. Through various types of training, the teachers' teaching enthusiasm has been greatly enhanced and the teachers' business level has been promoted.
4. Strengthen the regular teaching management of teachers. In the process of implementing the curriculum reform, our school pays attention to the regular teaching management of teachers, and regulates the teaching behavior of teachers from the aspects of preparing lessons, attending classes, and correcting homework. Based on the teaching and research groups, we will enhance the effectiveness of teaching and research activities, and demonstrate the good teaching model to teachers through collective lesson preparation, observation of classes, seminars, etc. At the same time, the evaluation reform is strengthened. Teachers are required to actively change the previous evaluation methods and make efforts to promote the evaluation of student development. For example, the combination of oral and end-of-life tests conducted by the language group, and the mathematics group enhances the comprehensive results of oral calculation and problem solving. Tests and other content greatly mobilized the initiative of students' learning, and objectively evaluated the students' academic situation.
5. Do a good job in the integration of the Chinese and the Han, and continuously improve the teaching quality of the students of the language. During the semester, our school will not fully enroll the folk language classes for the full implementation of the folk-speaking school. The first-grade civil language students will be included in the Chinese class teaching. The folk language teaching in other grades will also be in line with the teaching of the Chinese class. Our school strengthens the teaching guidance for folk language teachers, requiring each folk language teacher to teach in Chinese, and actively participate in the teaching and research group activities. All county-level teaching and research training activities must organize folk language teachers to observe and constantly improve their The level of civil language teaching.
6. The harvest of this semester. Through collective efforts, the biggest gain of this semester is that the students' ability is further enhanced, the sense of cooperation and inquiry are cultivated, and the teachers' awareness of teaching and research is further improved.
