I. Ideological and cognitive aspects

Since the new students entered the school, the team has carefully studied the rules and regulations of the college and strictly implemented the one-day life order of militarized management. In order to make the education work more effective and more specific, we have taken meetings, chatted with the students, communicated with the students in a way that talks with the individual, and found problems and solved problems in time. After several months of observation and understanding, the vast majority of our students are good students who are actively demanding progress. Even if the individual thoughts are slightly worse, the students who have simple understanding will gradually accept the work after we have done many work and education. Military management has adapted to the living and learning environment here.

Second, style discipline

Militarization management is a management model different from that of other universities, and it turns out that this is also a management concept that is consistent with the theme of the current era. Therefore, in daily life study, re-education and self-cultivation have become the basic points and cuts in our work. In order to make the effect of militarized management more obvious, it is really necessary for every student to benefit from this management. While the main team is grasping the style of the work, our team constantly instills good traditional etiquette such as unity and friendship, courtesy, and mutual learning into the daily behavior of the students.

The queue reflects the external image of a team. The consistent expression of the team is the cohesiveness of the team. The slogan is loud and reflects the overall momentum of the students. In order to ensure that our team can have a good external image and make students consciously form a good discipline, our team will set Wednesday as the training day for the team. Moreover, our team held a squad in the beginning of November, which not only can be typical, enhance the overall cohesiveness, but also further enhance our ranks.

The military style is an important aspect of discipline, and wearing a military uniform should reflect the temperament of a soldier. Therefore, it is a habit and a requirement for our team to regularly check the military capacity. This not only reduces the students' clothing and hair style, but also reduces the unnecessary waste in this aspect.

Please pay for the fake system, have the duty to ask, regularly make a summary report, and so on. These basic requirements have been consistently implemented by the team, and the effect is better.

Third, internal hygiene

The health problems of contemporary students' dormitory are a problem for every university, and it is worthy of our pride in a military-managed school like ours. Because our dormitory situation is not as good as the troops, but our uniformity is worth boasting.

Initially, the student's housekeeping package was only a minimum standard for staying up. In this case, we have taken the team cadres into each class one by one, the students help each other, and insist on checking every day. After a period of supervision and emphasis, the student's internal affairs package has changed from the original "flower roll" to the "tofu block", and the hygiene has also changed from disorderly to uniform.

Fourth, classroom teaching

The primary task of the students is to learn. Although the cultural level of the students here is uneven, the team has instilled this knowledge into the students' brains since enrollment. In order to make this understanding truly concrete, we have adopted a way of diligently supervising and often communicating with teachers of various subjects, and gradually let them develop a good study habit.

Five, after school life

Extracurricular life is a necessary way for students to adjust their learning pressure. Therefore, the team branch of our team organized the following activities according to different periods and different festivals:

At this evening, we invited the political commissars, directors, team leaders and instructors of the students, as well as the teachers of each class. At the beginning of December, our team held a tug-of-war competition based on the changes in the weather. The event was held in a round-robin competition with the team, the teaching class and each dormitory. In the course of the game, everyone worked together, the level of the game, the friendship, and the most important thing is to enhance the team awareness.

"Friendship Cup" speech contest

This competition is based on the class and is recommended by the class recommendation and personal recommendation. The activities are rich and varied, including English speeches, poetry readings, and self-made speeches. The event not only showed the versatile side of the students, but also let the team leaders hear the voices of the students and provided some reference conditions for future management.

"Christmas Eve" party

“Every time you spend the holidays”. Although Christmas is a foreign holiday, it has already formed a habit in China. In order to alleviate the homesickness of the students' festivals, our team held a gala on Christmas Eve. At the party, the students enjoyed themselves, actively enrolled in the event, and exchanged Christmas gifts, so that everyone not only met more friends, but also further enhanced their friendship.

While the team is working, we actively cooperate with the activities of the college. For example, in the competition, our team recommended the dance “People in the Dangdang”. The English drama “poketmoney” and students prepared by our team at the New Year’s party The self-directed rap "new day of the recruits" and other programs, these programs have not only been loved by everyone, but also fully demonstrated the four team style.
