Since the beginning of the fall of 2019, Xue Geguo's 40 faculty and staff, under the correct guidance of leaders at all levels, have basically completed the established work objectives and tasks according to the overall work ideas formulated at the beginning of the school. The work is summarized as follows.

First, focus on safety work

First, the safety hazards existing in the school were investigated on a case-by-case basis, and the safety duty schedules before and after the class were discharged. Employed a vice president of the legal system to carry out legal report meetings and traffic laws and fire prevention knowledge education;

The second is to sign a safety work responsibility letter with each class teacher. Including electricity, air conditioning, computer security responsibility;

The third is to re-install the lights, broadcast, and fire extinguishers for the computer room and multimedia room for each classroom and teacher office.

Fourth, we use multimedia classrooms to organize students to watch legal lectures, safety knowledge lectures, fire prevention knowledge education, etc., so that every meeting must talk about the legal system, must be safe, especially for the safety of hidden dangers, drinking water, drinking water, up and down stairs, Summer diet and hygiene are all taken as major events, and it is really necessary to prevent problems before they happen.

Second, actively promote quality education

First of all, in the new semester, we actively carried out learning and extracurricular teaching exchange activities to improve the quality and level of teachers' own business. Through the mutual help and mutual learning between the old teachers and the young teachers, the education and teaching work of the whole school is promoted. All teachers participated in continuing education and the enrollment rate was 100%;

Secondly, we hired Beijing-based education expert Yu Xiaohong to give a speech report for the parents of all students to “Let the children fall in love with learning”; and launched the “Disciplinary Reading Competition” for the lower, middle and upper grade groups, after the class. At the level of selection, more than 130 people participated in the school competition, strengthened the patriotic love of the elderly, the traditional education, and also exercised the students' memory recitation ability; the flag-raising ceremony and inter-curricular exercises and eyes held every Monday morning Health exercises not only educated students to develop good habits of loving the motherland, but also strengthened the content of ideological and moral education for non-adults, and educated students through words and deeds, and disciplined students from health and discipline. Third, conscientiously implement the "one fee system" spirit

This year is the second year of exemption from tuition and fees in the compulsory education stage. We all attach great importance to it. In order to do a good job of this work, first, self-examination and self-correction activities were carried out among all teachers, and each class teacher wrote a letter of guarantee to the school . The second is to formulate a treatment method for teachers' off-campus classes. This semester has never found a teacher to run classes outside the school. The third is to publicize the school fees in the publicity column.

Fourth, effective activities have been carried out

We have achieved good results in all the work this semester. The center school twice inspected, the evaluation, the safety work inspection of the Education Bureau, student social security, etc., were well received by the leaders.
