I. Introduction
In the blink of an eye, the year will come to an end, and the Social Management Committee of the Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences has gone through a glorious year. Looking back at the years of the year, the so-called fruitful results, various community activities have verified this.
As we all know, student associations are an important carrier of college campus culture and an important part of the second classroom of colleges and universities. Participating in student associations is to enrich students' campus life, cultivate interest, participate in school activities, expand knowledge, increase the range of friends, and enrich their hearts. An important way of the world. In recent years, associations have sprung up in various schools , and so far there are 12 associations in the Humanities and Social Sciences Academy. Divided into academic technology, cultural and sports entertainment, practice public welfare.

In the past year, our social management committee has conscientiously pursued the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the three important representatives, obeyed the leadership of the association, and served the school , responsible for the alumni's purpose, correct attitude, and did their best. The work is as follows:

1. Coordinate the work of various departments and societies. Convene meetings to find problems in a timely manner, solve problems, avoid unnecessary conflicts and troubles, and make micro-manpower adjustments in a timely manner, and promote the successive development of various types of work.
2. Actively cooperate with the work of the association. Participate in regular meetings, follow the work arrangement, obey the deployment, and act to support the work of the association.
3. Do a good job of contact and cooperation with all levels of units. In our work, we attach great importance to good relations and cooperation with the Student Union and the Youth League Committee. In the work of the year, they received their strong support and affirmation.
4. Planning and organizing a series of activities. First, organize the associations to earnestly study the spirit of the association and implement relevant archives: such as the management rules for the venues of the college students' associations in Panzhihua University, the complaints system of the student associations of the Panzhihua University, the declaration of student activities of the Panzhihua College, and the regulations for review. The second is to conscientiously implement the order of the associations: coordinate the recruitment of new associations, supervise the development of various associations, organize and handle the 2011 new membership card, and actively participate in the fourth corporate culture festival. The third is to help the various departments of the Humanities Department to actively carry out activities.
5, daily work. Daily trivial work is a large part of the Social Management Committee, such as the preservation and management of the central archives, the reimbursement of daily expenses, and the middle psychological accounting.
Important club activities
1. The tourism agency launched a celebration party for the 2nd anniversary of the establishment of the tourism agency, which strengthened the communication of the members, showed the vitality of the community, and demonstrated the passion. It also successfully marked the fourth community cultural festival program, showing a strong vitality, but also reflects the style of contemporary college students.
2. The self-promotion and speech community organized Deng Yan Shenshan and the speech activities on university life, exercised the perseverance of the members, improved the level of the members' speech, and greatly helped the members' future development. The realization of the community is the purpose of the university's second class classroom.
Third, planning and looking into the future
In the course of one year's work, the Social Management Committee has accumulated a lot of experience and lessons, and has seen many shortcomings in the work. It is still not enough to unite the various departments and strengthen the links with the associations and associations, and it needs to be improved. In the systematization of the system, the formulation of work objectives is still not perfect. In addition, in the team spirit of the training officers, the performance of individual officers is not very satisfactory, but at the same time, we also saw that most of the officers gained a lot of valuable work experience through the one-year exercise, in terms of ability. There has been considerable improvement.
Summarizing the work experience of this year, the colleagues of the Social Management Committee have placed greater hopes on next year. We are willing to work with the friends of the associations and the humanities departments to do everything they think.
