After a month of study, our school's study on the construction of the "Strengthening Student Standards, Promoting Management and Excellence" has been successfully completed. In this activity, our 07 public management class carefully implemented the relevant spirit of strengthening the class style of study in the teaching work of the whole hospital according to the overall requirements of the academic style construction of the department, and further strengthened the construction of the study style of the class, and actively played the students. First, the class meeting with the theme of academic style construction was held many times. The whole class discussed the learning objectives and learning motivation together. The influence has cultivated our team spirit awareness, law-abiding awareness, civilized behavior habits and good quality such as unity, diligence, mutual assistance, frankness, self-confidence, optimism and open-mindedness. We will continue to carry forward the spirit of the construction of the style of study.

Second, the attendance work is done very well, the attendance rate reaches 100%. During the time of the activity, my classmates went to the classroom 10 minutes before class. Few people absent from school, and the phenomenon of being late has changed a lot. No one has been criticized or warned. The students helped each other, studied hard, and the enthusiasm for learning has been greatly improved. The learning atmosphere of the class has also been greatly improved. I believe that our classmates can continue to maintain this enthusiasm for learning and continue to maintain such a state.

Third, my classmates make full use of the resources of the school library and study room, accept the scent of book culture, and constantly summarize and enhance themselves. We advocate collective self-study in the dormitory as a unit to supervise and improve each other. In addition, my class has gradually formed a system of class 100 lectures and class library, which we will strive to adhere to and maintain! We believe that unity is strength. With the joint efforts of all of us, our 07 public administration class will be even better!

4. My classmates cooperated with the students' research projects to actively apply for scientific research projects, cultivated their own research capabilities, and created a strong academic atmosphere in the class. The students who have already applied for the research projects of the students have also completed their own research projects under the guidance of the full-time teachers. The accumulation of knowledge and achievements in these research projects will be of great help and influence for their future work or study.

5. Actively carry out student practice activities. For example, under the leadership of Teacher Yang, the class teacher, I went to the Xuzhou Social and Labor Security Bureau to study the relevant knowledge of Social Security. I studied the management of Cultural Affairs and the Management of Sports Care. After the class, we also visited the corresponding cultural and sports institutions and the scenic spots with rich Xuzhou cultural connotation; after finishing the course of “Property Management”, Mr. Chen Guolian led our class to mention the Quanshan Campus to visit the 21st Century Building. In this activity building activity, my classmates actively cooperated, started from themselves, strengthened personal hygiene, and worked hard to improve dormitory health. The dormitory has a rotating system and one person is allocated every day. After more than one month of hard work, the overall dormitory status of our class has been greatly improved. Among them, the dormitory with better performance has been rated as “civilized dormitory” by the hospital. This is the result of this activity.

7. Established a class achievement progress scholarship to reward material and spiritual individuals for learning progress. It has motivated the whole class to work hard together to create a good class atmosphere of “Everyone is diligent in learning, and the class creates a good academic style”. Since the event, our classmates have not only corrected their learning attitudes, but also implemented the learning into practice. Many students have made great progress and won unanimous affirmation. The construction of study style is a long-term project. The excellent study style needs to be carefully cultivated for a long time, so that it cannot be relaxed for a while. In this activity, my classmates actively invested, strictly demanded themselves, united and helped each other, and created a good learning atmosphere. Taking the construction of the study style as an opportunity, we formulated class standards, defined the task of the study group, improved the dormitory regulations, the rules of the class committee, and established interest groups.
