I. Strengthening mine ore remediation and building garden-style enterprises have begun to take shape. Since the beginning of this year, our logistics system has focused on greening and beautifying mines, and managing mines and environmental sanitation, in order to create the best modernized garden-style system of the group company. Tourism mines are the goal, carefully organized, and work hard to make a new change in mineral deposits.
First, we focused on greening. We carried out short-term and long-term regulation of the greening of the whole mine, and implemented it step by step. In the past year, 1389 trees were planted, 2,200 meters of hedges were extended, 9300 square meters of lawns were planted, and 4,885 square meters of grass flowers were used. Plant, buy 1600 pots of potted flowers, the green coverage rate reached 32%, especially the scientific and rational regulation of the greening of the two parks, namely, Yanya Xinyuan and Yuxinyuan, which made the changes of the faces of these two parks fundamentally changed. The second is to pay close attention to environmental sanitation. This ensured the cleanliness of the mines and no infectious diseases throughout the year. Epidemic outbreaks and major food poisoning accidents, the incidence of other infectious diseases decreased by 20% compared with last year, and 10 indicators such as public toilet hygiene and four pests all met national standards, and the pass rate of whole mine unit sanitation increased from 90% to 100%. . The third is to pay close attention to the mineral remediation. In accordance with the public housing sales program of the group company's housing reform, more than 3,000 application forms for housing reform were issued to the residents. In order to avoid the overhaul of the housing reform procedures and prevent confusion, we implemented the divisional and sub-stage treatment for all residential areas in the whole mine, using the water-flow office method, and the households The procedures can be completed in one go, so that the work can be carried out in an orderly manner. Up to now, more than 450 households in Yingxin Street and Xindongli have handled the procedures for purchasing property rights, and 83 new property certificates have been issued. At the same time, in order to timely use the housing provident fund to pay for the purchase of housing during the housing reform period, we arranged the housing accumulation fund collection and account reporting work to the fund management center to ensure that the purchasers can use it in time. Up to this year, a total of 180.348 million yuan of public accumulation funds were collected, 236.48 million yuan was remitted in xx, and 24 million yuan was provided to retired employees.
Third, strengthen the heat management, ensure the normal heating of the whole mine production and life in winter, and complete the summer heating maintenance and repair works on time. Summer heating boilers, heating pipeline maintenance and repair are the basis for normal heating in winter. We have carefully organized the summer heat supply overhaul, set up the maintenance work leading group, the quality acceptance leadership group and other related institutions, strengthened the leadership and supervision of this work, and also established the assessment leadership team within the heating department to ensure that The completion of various maintenance tasks was completed.
Second, it created a new situation of heating in winter. On October 15th, we officially provided heat for the required time. We have formulated the "Measures for the Internal Assessment of Heating in the Winter" and the "System for the Duty of Heating Departments", strengthened the management of the heating department, refined the assessment standards, increased the assessment, and strictly cadres on duty and inspect the posts. The system of stipulations has improved the sense of responsibility and quality of cadres. At the same time, it insisted on the excellent style of visiting the users. The sub-components went deep into the residential areas to conduct heat surveys, and timely solved the problems of heating corners and family members. Improved service levels ensured normal heating since winter.
Third, the standardization of heating safety quality has achieved steady progress. Based on the people, we conducted business training for 41 plumbers in the heating department, organized 73 furnace workers and 9 laboratory workers to participate in the technical training organized by the group company, which improved the employees' business skills and safe operation level. According to the regulations, safety inspection and inspection were carried out on 20 boilers, 7 sub-cylinders and 58 safety valves, which provided guarantee for the safe operation of the boiler. At the same time, we insist on regular standardization work, and always carry out quality standardization requirements everywhere. The boiler room compliance rate is over 90% in industrial areas and over 60% in living areas. Daonan boiler room is rated as “civilization demonstration zone” for mines. The overall level of thermal standardization has been greatly developed.

Fourth, improve service, medical care, family planning, two studies and other management work has made new progress. In the medical service, the mine hospital has formulated the "Mining Hospital Department Task Contracting Plan", which quantifies all the daily work of each department. The assessment of the thousand-point system, the assessment score is linked to the salary bonus, effectively promoting the work of the medical system. We focus on medical quality, strengthen quality management, and fully implement six business systems to ensure medical safety. We strengthen the three-level first-aid management, and guarantee the work-related injury rescue treatment from manpower, material resources, financial resources and time, and rescue 9 people with various serious work injuries. According to the arrangements of the mining party and government for reimbursement of medical expenses for reimbursement, this year a total of 1.73 million yuan of medical expenses were reimbursed, which reduced the medical burden of critically ill patients. This year, various medical indicators have been completed well, and the annual medical economic income reached 699,000 yuan. At the same time, the mine hospital strengthened internal management, formulated various measures to facilitate the patient, improved the service level, and provided patients with good medical conditions.
In the management of family planning, we have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council Family Planning Symposium, and implemented the “One Law, Three Regulations and One Case” of publicity and family planning, comprehensively strengthened the team building of family planning organizations, deepened publicity and education, and strengthened basic management and technical services. The family planning work has achieved gratifying results. The planned fertility rate is 100%, the comprehensive birth control rate is 100%, and the one-child rate is 86.34%. In the management of Sanyou, we adhered to the policy of improving the quality of the population, comprehensively guided, and strict requirements, so that the work was implemented, and the work of “two investigations and two supplements” was carried out conscientiously, and the blind spots of management were eliminated. This year, in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, we carefully organized the registration and establishment of party members, management personnel and all employees, with a registration rate of 98.04%. 13 super-skilled personnel took the initiative to declare the problem of super-life and gave corresponding economic penalties according to regulations. . In the management of the two halls, we take the service staff as our tenet and strive to provide the best quality bathing, accommodation and dining services for our employees, and complete the reception tasks of various inspection working groups and tourism teams, and implement the self-supporting indicators of income generation. To expand the income channels of the economy, the bathroom team, the staff canteen, and the guest house all completed the task of generating income and self-support.
