", requires all departments to comprehensively clean up the status of the administrative examination and approval of the unit, including the approval project, the type of approval, the basis for examination and approval, the conditions for examination and approval, the required materials, the approval procedures, the time limit for examination and approval, and the legal documents issued. After we fully urged and contacted, we collected the materials and handed them over to the Foshan Administrative Service Center in March this year, which was a good job. The next step will be to enter the audit processing stage, further streamline the examination and approval matters, standardize the approval behavior, innovate the approval method, optimize the approval process, strengthen the examination and approval supervision, and improve the examination and approval efficiency.

Do a good job in the inspection of the implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law by various departments

In order to further standardize the administrative licensing behavior of the administrative department of the district, according to the deployment of the district government, the inspection team of the district government administrative service center, the district supervision bureau, the district legal bureau, the district petition bureau, and the district government office supervision room In December last year and March this year, more than 40 administrative units with administrative examination and approval functions in the district were inspected for the implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law, and the administrative disclosure, administrative fees, and administrative licensing systems of various departments were The construction and other aspects were examined in detail, and report materials were formed. The problems in the implementation process were analyzed and published on the government website. This action immediately attracted the attention of all departments, and took corrective measures for their respective problems. Some units designated special personnel to be responsible for regulating the work of administrative licensing, which greatly promoted the further disclosure and regulation of the administrative examination and approval work of all units. .

Supervise all departments to further improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval

In December 4th, the district government issued the Sanfu [~] No. 108 document "Notice on Effectively Improving the Efficiency of Administrative Examination and Approval" drafted by our center, requiring all administrative departments to implement a time-limited examination and approval system, a public service system, and the first Ask the responsible system, one-time written notification system, etc., and stipulate that the project that is the final review of our district will be closed within 5 working days at the latest; if it is the final review by the higher authorities, it will be reported within 3 working days. It is required that from January to February of the next year, all departments should have detailed information on the monthly project handling before the 3rd of each month, including the reporting unit, the reporting items, the date of acceptance, the date of completion, the date of reporting, and the inability to meet the deadline.
