In November 1990, Yang Mengheng was born in Yiliang Town, Kunming, Yunnan. In 1997, when he was 7 years old, he was paralyzed with high arms due to high-voltage electric shock. From then on, he used his feet to write and practice calligraphy.

That year, Yang Mengheng was knocked down by a voltage of 100,000 volts. After a few seconds, he was fainting.
