Company member

● Fill in the membership application form, the store service desk will handle the entry procedure for you.

● The applicant company member must present a copy of the company's business registration certificate and the company's stamp, fill in the company name, business registration certificate number, company address, office phone number, etc., as the company member registration

● When filling out the “Member Registration Form”, all materials must be correct and valid.

How to use your membership card

● All members must present their membership card to enjoy the calculation, accumulation and use of the stored value award. If the member fails to present the membership card, the next purchase will not be able to calculate, accumulate and use the stored value of the deposit, and the member will automatically waive the stored value of the purchase.

● Members can choose to accumulate shopping value or use points for shopping purposes.

● Before paying, the member must present the xx membership card before the cashier settles the goods.

● The service desk or cashier will verify the membership and ask the member to present the identity document if necessary.

● After the member pays, the cashier will issue the shopping receipt and use the points; the next point and accumulated points will be displayed on the receipt.

● All purchases of stored value cannot be transferred to others.

● All non-goods charges cannot calculate, accumulate or use the stored value of the store.

Xx shopping stored value use and calculation method

Validity of the stored value of the purchase

The scores of all accumulated shopping stored value are valid for 2 years. If the membership card is not used within the validity period, it will be void, xx without further notice.

Return / exchange

●Return/replacement must be accompanied by invoices and membership cards; store refund/exchange and change of stored value

Saving of membership card: replacement and replacement

● Members must keep their membership cards safely, away from magnetic fields, static electricity, and do not bend, smear or wear. If there are technical problems, please contact customer service staff or visit the store as soon as possible to report the lost membership card and reissue the new membership card.

●If the card is lost or the member card is reissued, the new card will be re-issued with the new member number, and the accumulated stored value will be transferred to the new card. The old card will be cancelled immediately to ensure that the points are not stolen.

●If there is no loss of membership card, xx will not be responsible for the loss if the stored value is stolen.

7. The company reserves the right to amend this membership policy without further notice. In case of any dispute, xx reserves the final interpretation and decision.
