Chapter VII Inspection and Correction

Chapter VIII Accidents and Treatment

8.2 After an accident occurs in the center, it shall be reported in time according to the time limit set by the company.
8.3 For all kinds of casualties and major communication accidents, the team should assist the center to actively cooperate with it, and must not conceal or shirk.
8.4 The Center shall actively assist the company's security department and legal department to handle various types of security incidents.
8.5 In order to prevent the occurrence of repeated or similar accidents, the handling of accidents must be based on the principle of “four not letting go”:
1. The responsibility for the cause of the accident has not been cleared;

3. Responsible persons and employees are not educated;

8.6 Traffic accidents and their handling are implemented in accordance with the company's motor vehicle management system.
8.7 After the cause of the accident is ascertained, if the relevant team or individual fails to reach an agreement on the analysis of the accident and the handling of the person responsible for the accident, it shall be submitted to the company's security committee for approval.
8.8 In the investigation and handling of accidents, those who neglect their duties, abuse their powers, and engage in malpractices shall be dealt with according to the company and the central assessment method, and a one-vote veto system shall be adopted for safe production. Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
9.1 This system is developed and interpreted by the Safety Production Leading Group.
