Third, the use and distribution of uniforms

All employees of the company have the right to enjoy uniform treatment during their employment.

1. If the uniform is damaged or lost during the period of use, the user shall deduct the uniform from the salary at the monthly discount, and the uniform shall be supplemented by the administrative personnel department.

2. If the employee leaves the company, the deductible will be deducted according to the prescribed period of use, and the uniform will not be recovered.

3. New employees are hired. After the trial period expires, they can be equipped with uniforms. If there are special circumstances, they must be uniform during the trial period. The service period of the uniforms is counted from the expiration date of the trial period.

4. When employees go to work, they must wear uniforms according to regulations. Those who did not follow the regulations were found to have a penalty department manager of 100 yuan/person.

5. If the uniforms and uniforms are not timely received, all departments shall report the list and model number to the personnel department within three working days, otherwise they will not be able to handle the handling. The personnel department must be resolved within 10 working days, otherwise the personnel manager will be fined 100 yuan/person.

6. Department managers or above can not dress uniforms during daily work, and large-scale gatherings or related activities are dressed according to the notice.
