Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

The Center has established this system for the purpose of implementing the principle of equal pay for equal work, labor and capital, and to achieve fair, reasonable, simple and accurate wage management measures.

Article 2 Salary principle

Employee salaries are paid on the basis of socio-economic level, company salary ability, personal work ability, work experience, length of service, and academic qualifications. The salary of employees of the Center shall be handled in accordance with this system unless there are special circumstances.

Article 3 Salary composition

1. New graduates are graded in principle with the highest level of education of employees when entering the company. Their salary levels are based on the following criteria:

2. For non-graduates, they need to consider their positions and determine the company's previous work experience, ability, and length of service.
