Staff severance payment rules

Article 1 General

When the staff of the company retires, they will pay the severance payment in accordance with the provisions of these rules regarding the service factors, performance and other relevant factors.

Article 2 Scope of application

This rule applies to general staff, except those with a contract of employment for a period of less than one year.

Article 3 Baseline monthly amount of retired funds

The retired pension is based on the salary of the employee for the last month, including the total salary and job allowance divided by the total number of days in the period, multiplied by a base.
