In order to adapt to the x-year management model and ensure the rationality, validity and timeliness of the production, supply and marketing operation plan, these regulations are formulated.

First, the project classification

2, by time

Monthly production plan: It is the total monthly plan. The Guangben Auto Parts, Jiabentian and Jianshan Leaf products are issued for the total monthly plan. The rest of the products are only arranged for the total amount of the weekly.

Weekly production plan: Decompose the total amount of monthly plans and arrange the daily production schedule for this week.

Adjustment plan: increase or decrease the monthly production plan, delay the progress of the weekly plan, and make additional adjustment arrangements for the unspecified items.

, procurement cycle and production cycle

1. After purchasing the materials, the Purchasing Department guarantees the supply of the main materials and pipe materials at any time, guarantees the supply of auxiliary files on the exhaust pipe within 8 hours, guarantees the supply of other purchased parts within 24 hours, and guarantees the supply of carton within 3 days. .

2. The production cycle is 96 hours, of which the blank billet production cycle is 55 hours; the billet production cycle is 30 hours; and the assembly section is 11 hours.

Production capacity

1. The Metering Center and the Manufacturing Department negotiated the maximum daily output of the single item, the maximum daily output of the series products, and the maximum production capacity of key processes and bottleneck processes as a phased operation guide.

2. The weekly production plan must meet the general principle that the total number of single-day plans does not exceed 5,500 and the total number of weekly plans does not exceed 35,000.

3. The adjustment plan must meet the principle that the total number of single-day plans does not exceed 5,500.

White billing time

The normal working hours of the blank warehouse are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the warehousing department should be notified in writing by the manufacturing department in case of special circumstances.

1. Monthly production plan

a. The Sales and Development Division prepares a monthly new product development plan based on market demand;

b. The sales department prepares monthly sales plans for Guangben Auto Parts, Jiabentian Products and Jianshan Leaf Products according to market demand;

c. According to the monthly sales plan, the planning and dispatching center will comprehensively consider the balance of the finished product warehouse, and prepare the finished product storage plan for the Guangben auto parts, Jiabentian and Jianshan leaf products, the blank billet product warehousing plan, the carton and the assembly small pieces. Use the plan;

d. According to the market demand situation, the planning and dispatching center shall comprehensively consider the company's business objectives to prepare the pre-investment plan for white billet production;

e. The Purchasing Department will formulate a material procurement plan based on the billet plan for the blank product, the pre-investment plan, the carton and the assembly of the small parts.

The billet product warehousing plan and pre-project plan are handed over to the manufacturing department and the purchasing department at 3:00 pm on the 25th of each month. The manufacturing department prepares the materials-based project, and the manufacturing department plans to use the materials on the 25th. At 4:30 pm, the procurement department was handed over to prepare a material procurement plan.

2. Weekly production plan

The weekly production plan is planned from Tuesday to Monday. In the preparation of the weekly plan, the production situation of this Thursday to the next Tuesday is regarded as 100% completion according to the plan, and the next week's plan according to market demand and finished goods in the warehouse. The metering center will transfer the billet product warehousing plan and the homemade small warehousing plan to the manufacturing department and the purchasing department at 3:00 pm every Thursday, and pass the carton and assembly small parts project to the purchasing department; According to the preparation of the materials procurement plan, the manufacturing department will submit the material procurement plan to the purchasing department at 4:30 pm every Thursday; the purchasing department will prepare the material procurement plan according to the material utilization plan.

Every Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm, the planning center, the manufacturing department, and the purchasing department coordinate the released next week's plans in the sales company conference room.

3. The adjustment plan is prepared by the planning and dispatching center at any time according to the actual situation and then handed over to the manufacturing department. The adjustment plan also reflects the total amount and daily progress requirements. The adjustment plan for the day should be handed over to the Manufacturing Department before 4:00 pm on the same day, and the adjustment plan issued after 4:00 is the next day's plan.

V. The validity period of the plan

1. The company's effective plan is a weekly plan and an additional plan. The monthly plan is only used as a reference for the production department and the purchasing department for production preparation. It is not used as the basis for the evaluation of the quantity of the storage, but the joint venture company, Jianshan Ye and Jiabentian Company The monthly plan is still a valid plan and is implemented and assessed on a monthly basis.

2. Validity of the weekly plan: The amount of unfinished work in the day is completed within this week or completed within two days after the deadline of the plan period. It is allowed to be processed according to the normal plan product. However, the completion rate of the project is still carried out on the basis of the completion of the day.

3. The effectiveness of the additional plan is determined by the week of the warehousing time and its effectiveness and effectiveness are determined by the week of the week.

1. Plans without a sales market are unconditionally cancelled. The cancellation plan shall be notified in writing to the Manufacturing and Purchasing Departments.

2. 3. Cancellation plan

a. When the warehousing department receives the reduction plan of the sales department, check the warehousing situation of the reduced painting materials, define the responsibilities according to the 55-hour principle, and convey the written information to the sales development company and the manufacturing department, and record the accounts at the same time.

b When the manufacturing department receives the plan, the responsibility is defined according to the 55-hour principle, and the quality control department and the planning center are notified to determine the invested materials, and are sealed on the spot according to the principle of minimum loss and easy storage, and the written information is sent to the sales department. Make a record of the account.

c The sales and development company shall manage the number of the reduced paintings, establish a deduction of the drawing account, and formulate a monthly treatment plan for the non-performing assets caused by the deduction, including the cause analysis, the responsible department, the treatment measures, and the loss budget.

4. If the manufacturing department knows that a product plan may be invalid due to procurement reasons, it should first confirm with the sales department whether the product will continue to be digested after the product is deferred. If not, the procurement department will confirm the resulting non-performing assets and then seal it on site. The sealed assets are included in the procurement department, and the written materials are sent to the procurement and sales departments, and the accounts are recorded at the same time; if there are follow-up sales plans, the production will continue to be organized for the next period of storage.

7. Provisions on self-made small pieces

1. The definition of self-made small pieces: made by the manufacturing department using the edge material or the materials used by the steel warehouse, and the manufacturing department takes the small parts that need to be combined and processed directly after entering the assembly section or need to be processed by the external processing.

2. Self-made small pieces are self-mastered by the metering center according to the ease of production and market stability.

3. The process of external processing of small pieces is handled by the Center.

4. After the small pieces are processed into the external library by the process, the parts that need to be processed are processed by the manufacturing department.

The metering center and the manufacturing department's materials collection plan are distributed, and the procurement department's material procurement plan is issued according to the product parts. All kinds of plans have special requirements and must be indicated in the remarks column.
