Article 8 The title of excellent teachers and excellent educators can be used as an important basis for appraisal and evaluation of professional and technical positions. Article 11 Participating in a collective petition or a petitioning in a higher level shall not be evaluated in the current year that causes serious adverse effects inside and outside the school. It shall not recommend promotion of professional and technical posts and downgrade of appointments. If the circumstances are particularly serious, training shall be held. Article 12: Qualified assessment of teachers' job responsibilities The results of the third-ranked school's countdown to the school and no other special contributions in education, teaching, management, and service shall be on-the-job training. Article 19 The sick and sick persons shall be executed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State or slightly lower than the relevant provisions.
