1 General

2 Basic duties of employees

2.1 All employees must demonstrate the principles, policies, laws, regulations, and laws of the party and the state and strictly abide by labor discipline. Adhere to the unified work system, go to work on time, stick to the job, obey the command, obey the distribution, and strive to do their jobs, and complete the tasks according to quality and quantity. During the working hours, you must not do private work, do private affairs, slip through the streets, get out of work, or engage in other social activities without approval.
2.2 Working hours
2.2.1 Upper and lower working hours: The company's organs shall perform work for 5 days a week, and the rest of the production units shall perform their own work and rest time, and shall not arbitrarily change or violate them. The specific time is strictly enforced according to the new work system stipulated by each unit.
2.2.2 If you do not arrive at the job on time, it is considered late, and leaving the job early is considered early leave.
2.3 During the working hours, the employees shall not negotiate and exchange work with each other. The work that is not going to work shall be handled as absenteeism, and the rest shall be treated as rest without rest.
2.4 In order to ensure safe production and protect children's physical and mental health, children are not allowed to go to production jobs. If there are children, they will be treated as leave.
2.5 Staff members of shifts shall not be allowed to go home to eat during working hours, strictly in accordance with the system.

3 Leave and approve permission

3.1 Any employee who needs to leave the post due to illness, funeral, marriage, family visit, childbirth and other special reasons must go through the formalities of leave in advance. You can leave the post by paying off the work procedures, otherwise it will be considered as completed.
3.2 Leave: Workers are required to leave for leave, each production unit shall be approved by the value of the company within one day, and approved by the superior leader within five days, and approved by the unit leader for more than five days; the company shall be approved by each department within 5 days, and the company shall be approved by the company for more than 5 days. Leadership approval.
3.3 Sick leave: Anyone who needs to take sick leave must have a hospital certificate before they can take sick leave. Within three days, the leaders of all units will approve the application. For more than three days, they must report to the company for approval. 3.5 Work-related injury leave: If the employee is injured due to work, the special hospital will prove that it is necessary to take a rest. It is regarded as a work-related injury leave, and will be examined and approved by the factory director. All departments will report the work-related accident report to the company within five days. 4 Please, the specific provisions of the holiday and the salary:

4.1 Leave
4.1.1 During the leave period, if there is a rest day, the statutory holiday will not be given another leave, and the calculation will be based on the leave. According to my basic salary and bonus divided by 22 days, the actual number of days is calculated. 4.2 sick leave
4.2.1 Specific regulations

4.2.1.4 During the leave of the family, during the leave, the emergency department will temporarily return to the unit. 4.2.2 Sick leave pay

4.2.2.2 The basic salary for holidays from 5 days to 10 days is calculated based on 95%. The bonus and comprehensive subsidy divided by 22 days are deducted according to the actual number of days of leave.
4.2.2.3 Accumulated holiday The basic salary of 10 days to 30 days is calculated at 90%, the skill salary for one to three months of vacation is calculated at 85%, and the skill salary for three to six months is calculated at 75%. 4.3 Marriage, funeral leave
4.3.1 Specific regulations

4.4 maternity leave, feeding leave
4.4.1 According to the family planning policy, maternity leave can only be taken after eight months of normal pregnancy. 4.4.2 Salary

4.5 Visiting relatives:

4.6 Work injury leave

4.6.2.6 Non-work injuries are treated as sick leave.
4.6.3 Provisions for division of work-related injuries and non-work injuries.
4.6.3.1 Work injury

4.6.3.2 Non-work injury.

4.7 Supplementary provisions
4.7.1 Apprentices and interns are not allowed to take leave in principle during the study period. If there are special circumstances, they must be invited to leave the case. The department shall sign the opinion and report it to the competent leader for approval, but no more than ten days. The apprentice stops learning for more than two months due to an accident in the middle of the study, and the period of suspension of study is not counted as study time.
4.7.2 All employees who have been approved for leave must return to work on time and must not go through the work on time. If there is any special reason that they cannot return to work on time, they should go through the leave procedure in advance and visit the family leave. Letter to continue.
4.7.3 All employees who have been approved for leave of absence shall go to the attendance office to register before leaving the unit, submit the formalities of the leave of absence, go through the formalities of sales and leave after returning to the unit, and inform the attendance staff as the basis for attendance, otherwise they shall be processed as completed.
4.7.4 Those who violate the plan for family planning shall not be treated according to the plan for maternity leave, and shall be treated as leave during the rest period and shall not be entitled to maternity leave.

5 Specific provisions for completion

5.1 Any of the following conditions shall be treated as completed.
5.1.1 False or unapproved, not working.
5.1.2 The holiday is full or not surrendered without approval.
5.1.3 Obey the work transfer and work arrangement or transfer work without reporting the time.
5.1.4 Make facts, false report cases or theft, alteration, manufacturing certificate, and leave.
5.1.5 Time to leave the job, to do private work, to do private affairs.
5.1.6 After work, do not work for no reason or refuse to accept workers without justified reasons.
5.1.7 Fighting in the working hours.
5.2 Completion of the treatment
5.2.1 Within two days, the daily wages for two days will be deducted, minus 30% of the current month's bonus and comprehensive subsidy.
5.2.2 Within four days, the daily salary for three days will be deducted, minus 50% of the current month's bonus and comprehensive subsidy.
5.2.3 Cancel the salary, bonus and comprehensive subsidy for the current month. The skill salary divided by 24 days is deducted by r times the actual completion number.
5.2.4 For those who have accumulated more than 10 days, stop all the wages in the current month and deduct the half-year bonus.
5.2.5 Those who have accumulated more than 15 days or more are deemed to have been automatically resigned and given delisting.

6 overtime

6.1 In principle, there is generally no overtime work. Due to the special needs of production and work, employees are considered to work overtime on a statutory holiday, rest during the week or extend their working hours for more than 4 hours. Overtime work with extended working hours cannot be arranged for compensatory time; only overtime subsidies are granted, and subsidies of 1 yuan are paid for less than 4 hours, and subsidies are paid for overtime for more than 4 hours.
6.2 Statutory holidays, overtime on weekdays can be arranged for rest days and reductions in days of leave, and the remaining days are subject to overtime allowance.
6.3 Standards for the payment of overtime pay: The post salary is calculated according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
7 Attendance method
7.1 Staff attendance shall be in units of value. Leaders at all levels and relevant departments shall conduct in-depth inspections and assist the attendants on site. The attendance officer must fill in the time sheet on a daily basis in a responsible and responsible manner. Do not engage in malpractices and falsify. If found, a fine of 10 yuan.
7.2 The attendance officer must be responsible for the fact that it is not allowed to fill in the report by means of the memory. It is necessary to fill in the attendance form truthfully and fully reflect the attendance of the day. 7.3 All employees' monthly attendances shall be summed up according to the prescribed time. At the same time, the reporting work shall be completed and submitted to the office for attendance statistics to ensure that wages are paid on time.
7.4 The time required for the transfer of employees' work shall not exceed one working month in the factory, and the transfer of employees shall be subject to the receipt of the original unit's letter of introduction.
