Chapter I General Article 1: In order to standardize, institutionalize and unify the personnel operations, the management of the company's employees has rules to follow, improve work efficiency, employee sense of responsibility, and sense of belonging. Article 2: Scope of application. 1. Chapter II Recruitment Article 3: If all departments of the Company must increase the number of personnel due to work needs, they should first apply according to the personnel selection process. After approval by the relevant responsible person, the personnel department shall be uniformly included in the employment plan and handle the selection. Article 4: The selection of employees of the company shall be subject to the knowledge, ability, morality, physique and conditions required for the work. Adopt both assessment and interview, and choose one of them or two according to actual needs. Article 5: After the new recruits are qualified or examined and approved by the assessment or interview, the personnel department shall handle the trial procedures. In principle, the employee's probation period is three months. After the expiration of the qualification, the applicant can be officially hired. However, those with excellent grades can shorten their trial time appropriately. Article 6: When the trial personnel report, they shall send the following documents to the Ministry of Personnel: 1. The original and a copy of the diploma and degree certificate. 2. The original and photocopy of the qualification certificate for technical positions. Third, the original and a copy of the ID card. Article 9: If the trial personnel are unsatisfactory due to poor conduct, poor work or no reason, they may stop using the trial and dismiss them at any time. Article 10: After the employee has been assigned to work, he shall immediately go to the place where he is assigned, and shall not delay the shirking without cause. Chapter III Code of Practice Article 11: Employees shall abide by all rules, notices and announcements of the Company. Article 12: Employees shall abide by the following: First, be loyal to your duties, obey the leadership, and must not be perfunctory. 2. It is not allowed to operate business related to the company or related to its position, and may not concurrently hold the duties of other companies. Third, all employees must constantly improve their work skills, strengthen quality awareness, and complete the tasks assigned by leaders at all levels. Fourth, take care of public property, without the permission to privately bring the company's property out of the company. 5. You must not leave your position at any time during your working hours. If you need to leave, you should leave the competent person to leave. 6. Employees should always pay attention to maintaining environmental sanitation at the job site, dormitory and other places in the company. 7. Employees must not delay in their work and must not do anything unrelated to their work. 8. Employees should work together and work together in the same boat. There must be no noise, struggle, conversation, misunderstanding or other acts that disturb public order. 9. You must not resort to fraud and fraud, accept bribes, or swindle in the name of the company. X. Employees should conduct business with the outside world and adhere to the principles of rationality, profitability and solidarity. There must be no acts that damage the reputation of the company. XI. Supervisors at all levels should strengthen their self-cultivation, lead their own employees, help each other in the same boat, improve work mood and satisfaction, and enhance employees' sense of security and belonging. 12. Going to work according to the prescribed time, no late leave early. Article 13: The company implements an eight-hour daily working system.
