First, the general

Article 1 This regulation is formulated to regulate the personnel management of the company.

Article 2 The employment, trial, registration, guarantee, position, appointment and dismissal, transfer, dismissal, service, handover, leave, travel, duty, assessment, reward and punishment, treatment, welfare, retirement, pension, etc. of the employees of the company except the state All relevant provisions are handled in accordance with these regulations.

Article 3 The following staff members of the company from the general manager are referred to as employees of the company.

Article 4 The staff of the company shall abide by the provisions of these rules.

Second, hiring

Article 1 The employees required by the company shall be open to the public and recruited from the society.

Article 2 The company employs staff members with the principles of knowledge, morality, ability, experience and physique suitable for positions or workers, but this is not the case for special needs.

Article 3 The employment of new employees shall be planned and submitted by the competent personnel department according to the needs of the business.

Article 4 The employees of all levels of the company must have the following qualifications in order to be employed:

The position of deputy general manager or above must have a bachelor's degree or above, be familiar with the business, have more than 5 years of practical work experience, and be over 35 years old;

Department manager must have a college degree or above, be familiar with the business, have more than 2 years of practical work experience, and be over 25 years old;

General staff, high school education or above, the conditions meet the requirements of the job.

Article 5 The special personnel of the company must have the following qualifications and can only be employed after passing the examination:

Driver: Have a driver's license and have more than two years of practical work experience;

Preservation: height 1.72cm or more, safety and practical knowledge and practical work experience;

Typist: Good at typing in both Chinese and English, with practical work experience.

Third, trial and report

Article 1 The trial period of the newly hired personnel is three months, and those who have passed the qualifications will be accepted as regular employees.

Article 2 Employees who are not good enough for their conduct and ability during the probation period may stop using them at any time.

Article 3 Before the employee is hired, he/she shall go through the formalities for registration and go to work according to the prescribed time.

Fill in your resume;

Submit five registration photos;

Submit a copy of the ID card;

Submit a diploma.

Fourth, guarantee

Article 1 The employees of the company shall prepare the guarantor to ensure that they comply with all the rules of the company during the service of the company. New employees will not be able to report until they have completed the procedures. The guarantee procedures of the preceding paragraph and the guarantor's responsibilities are performed in accordance with the guarantee guaranty.

Article 2 The employee guarantor of the company shall have one of the following qualifications:

Group insurance: capital enrichment of factories or trade names that have been legally registered;

Personal insurance: A person who has a legitimate career and has a good reputation and status in the community. However, the spouse or immediate family member of the insured or the current supervisor of the company's directors shall not be the guarantor.

Article 3 The guarantors of the employees of the Company who manage cash, bills, materials, finished products, etc. shall be equivalent group guarantees.

Article 4 If the insured person has one of the following items, the guarantor shall be liable for all compensation and shall be responsible for handling the resignation procedures on behalf of the insured:

Those who have suffered damage to the company in violation of all the company's regulations or smuggling, fraud, theft and other illegal activities;

Corruption of public funds;

Abandoned absconding.

Article 5 If the guarantor's occupation or address is changed, the guarantor or the insured shall notify the company in writing to correct the case.

Article 6 If the original guarantor believes that the guarantor cannot assume the guaranty responsibility due to the change of duties, the insured shall at any time vacate the guarantor.

Article 7 If the guarantor wants to surrender for any reason or loses his or her guarantee qualification due to other accidents, he shall immediately notify the company in writing, and the insured person shall complete the replacement formalities with the new guarantor, and release the guarantee after the restoration of the guarantee. responsibility.

Article 8 If the guarantor of the employee of the company can find the insured person to change the insurance within the prescribed time limit if he finds that it is not appropriate, he may suspend his position during the period of the change of employment, and the reinstatement shall be permitted only after the replacement procedure is completed.

Article 9 If the employee of the company leaves his post, he shall notify the guarantor if the defect is not found within 6 months after the formalities for the transfer, and release the guarantor's guarantee responsibility.

V. Duty exemption

Article 1 The appointment of supervisory positions at various levels is divided into two types: actual grant and agency.

Article 2 The appointment and dismissal of duties shall be approved by the board of directors in accordance with the articles of association. If the supervisor of each unit deems it necessary, it may fill out the form of assignment and submit it to the general manager for approval.

Article 3 After the appointment and dismissal of a job is approved, the personnel department shall issue a personnel order.

Article 4 After the appointment of a job is approved, the salary shall be increased according to the new position, and the amount shall be determined separately.

Sixth, relocation

Article 1 The company can mobilize the position or service location of any employee at any time based on the needs of the business. The transferred staff, if they are excused by reason, are all on the basis of dissent.

Article 2 The heads of the units shall, in accordance with the personality, knowledge and abilities of the employees within their jurisdictions, strive to make the best use of their talents in order to achieve mutual cooperation between the people and the affairs.

Article 3 After the transfer of the employee's notice of transfer, the person in charge of the unit shall, within 10 days, the other personnel shall complete the transfer procedure within 7 days to take up the new post. The employees referred to in the preceding paragraph may be extended as long as they are unable to transfer the formalities during the period due to the particularly complicated incidents. The maximum length is 5 days.

Article 4 The employees who are transferred to the company may report the travel expenses in accordance with the travel expenses. The direct shackles of the past are required to prove the transportation expenses by bus, but only five. The freight for carrying furniture can be reported according to the attached documents and the certificate of the unit supervisor.

Article 5 When the employee is transferred to his original post, he shall complete the handover procedures before he can report to the new job unit. If the transfer is not completed on time, the transfer formalities shall be handled within the time limit. Otherwise, the transfer will be unclear.

Article 6 Before the new employee is not employed, the transferred office may be temporarily represented by the immediate supervisor.

Seven, dismissal

Article 1 The dismissal of the employees of the company is divided into six categories: “Of course dismissal”, “retirement”, “resignation”, “discontinuation”, “dispatch” and dismissal or dismissal.

Article 2 The death of an employee of the company is “of course dismissal” and the pension may be paid in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of this Chapter.

Article 3 The employees of the company shall be given retirement pensions, and the methods shall be determined separately.

Article 4 The employees who resign from the company shall apply for approval in writing 30 days before the date of resignation. They shall not leave the company before they are approved, and those who leave the company shall be exempted from work.

Article 5 The employees of the company may order the suspension of their duties in one of the following circumstances:

During the replacement of the guarantor, the supervisor of the first-level unit is the necessary suspension;

Those who have been extended for more than 6 months due to illness;

A person who is detained or prosecuted for violating the law.

Article 6 Orders are suspended. Handle as appropriate in the following situations:

Those who have been suspended for reinsurance and have not completed the reinsurance procedures within 15 days from the date of suspension of employment shall be dismissed or dismissed;

Commanded for illness

A person who has been suspended from work shall be repatriated or ordered to retire if he fails to recover from the application within 6 months from the date of suspension;

If the case is ordered to suspend the post, the person who has been sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment or above is dismissed or dismissed, but may be reinstated after the investigation has been withdrawn or the verdict is acquitted.

Article 7 During the period of suspension of employment, the employees of the company shall stop all salary and their service period shall be interrupted.

Article 8 The company's methods are determined according to actual business needs or the dispatch of relevant employees.

Article 9 The employees of the company leave their posts. Except for those who fail to handle the handover procedures, such as “disclosure of course” and “command dismissal”, they should go through the handover procedures and leave the company after the signing of the contractors.

Eight, service

Article 1 All employees of the company shall abide by all the rules and announcements of the company.

Article 2 The employees of the company shall accept the command and supervision of the superior supervisors and shall not defy them.

Article 3 The employees of the company shall respect the company's reputation. Anyone whose personal opinions relate to the company shall not be published without permission. Except for the designated tasks of the company, the company shall not use the name of the company.

Article 4 Employees of the Company shall not operate or contribute to a business similar to or similar to the position of the Company or a position other than the company, except as approved by the Chairman.

Article 5 The employees of the company shall be dedicated and keep all confidentiality in the business.

Article 6 When performing duties in the employees of the company, they should be realistic and must not be afraid to evade, push each other or delay without cause.

Article 7 The employees of the company shall handle the business and shall have the concept of cost. All public property shall be protected. The public property shall not be carried out without permission.

Article 8 The employees of the Company shall be modest in their external matters and shall not be proud to satisfy the acts of harming the reputation of the Company.

Article 9 The employees of the company shall cooperate with each other and help each other in the same boat. They shall not give birth to opinions, noises, fights, broadcasts of right and wrong or other disturbances, and hinder the discipline.

Article 10 The employee's attendance management shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the employee's attendance management method, and the employee attendance management method shall be separately established.

Article 11 The staff of the company who work overtime due to business needs shall be handled in accordance with the regulations on overtime management, and the overtime management method shall be separately established.

IX. Handover procedures

Article 1 The transfer of employees of the company is divided into:

Handover of the supervisor;

Management handover

Article 2 The person in charge of the supervisor is the person in charge of the unit at all levels; the person in charge of the management is the person directly in charge of property or affairs.

Article 3 The competent personnel shall separately make a transfer for the following matters:

List of unit personnel;

Unfinished and unfinished matters;

Financial and business affairs of the supervisor.

Article 4 The management personnel shall separately make a transfer of the following matters:

Property affairs under management;

Unfinished and unfinished business.

Article 5 The competent person in charge of the first-level unit shall be supervised by the person in charge of the company when dispatching and unloading, and the person in charge of the second-level unit may be supervised by the competent person in charge of the unit.

Article 6 The handover of the employees of the company shall be reported by the supervisory person if the dispute arises, and the transferor and the receiver shall submit the handling opinions to the supervisor of the higher level for approval.

Article 7 The transfer of all personnel shall be completed on the date of delivery and the matters specified in Article 3 above shall be handed over.

Article 8 The transfer of the management personnel shall be completed on the date of delivery on the matters specified in Article 4 above.

Article 9 All personnel shall be handed over to the supervisors in accordance with the shift list, and shall be received within 3 days after the transfer of the previous appointment. The transfer of the inventory and the predecessor and the supervisor shall be signed and reported.

Article 10 The transfer of personnel at all levels shall be handled in person. If there is a special reason, the authorized person shall be responsible for all the responsibilities when the designated person in charge is authorized to handle the delivery.

Article 11 Persons at all levels who fail to surrender or transfer unclear orders shall be ordered to deliver and disclaim within ten days. Those who lack public property or suffer losses to the company shall be liable for compensation.

X. Leave leave management regulations

Article 1 The company uses the following dates as an example of holidays, but it is necessary to specify overtime calculations as usual for business needs:

Holiday:

New Year's Day

2. Spring Festival;

3. Women's Day;

4. Labor Day;

5. National Day.

Other holidays decided by the company;

Article 2 Employee leave is divided into the following seven categories:

Leave: The person who has to deal with the matter must ask for leave, and the annual accrual is limited to 14 days;

Sick leave: Patients who are treated for illness or recuperated should have a special hospital or public hospital to apply for sick leave, the annual limit is 30 days; for hospitalization, the maximum is 1 year; the total of the two may not exceed 1 year;

Marriage leave:

1. Employees can get married for 3 days after marriage;

2. Children can be married for 2 days.

Maternity leave

1. The employee can take 90 days for leave, 15 days for late maternity leave, and 35 days for the only child.

2. Spouse can take 10 days off during childbirth.

Funeral leave:

1. The grandparents, spouses of their parents and their children may be bereavement for 3 days;

2. The death of brothers and sisters and their parents may be granted for 2 days;

3. Other immediate family members may be absent for one day.

Public holidays: Due to military service inspections or training of military and government agencies, those who have been less than one month in the period or who are under the national examination or served as representatives of the people at all levels within three days of the meeting may apply for public holidays.

Special leave: Special leave can be given separately depending on the length of service.

Article 3 The salaries of the various holidays in the preceding article shall be paid as usual.

Article 4 The approval rights for the holidays of the second clause are as follows:

Persons under the supervisory level shall be approved by the supervisor within 3 days of the holiday and approved by the manager for more than 3 days;

The supervisor-level personnel shall be approved by the manager within 3 days of the holiday and approved by the director or deputy general manager for more than 3 days;

Managerial personnel are approved by the supervisor or above.

Article 5 The employees of the company are unable to work because of the danger caused by the execution of their duties. The holidays shall be consolidated until the following year, and the salary during the holidays shall be paid. Those who have not expired after the expiration may order to retire according to the retirement regulations.

Article 6 If the leave is overdue, it shall be handled as follows:

If the leave is overdue, the salary will be deducted on a daily basis, and if the leave is over 30 days in a year, the employee will be dismissed or dismissed;

The overdue sick leave can be offset by the holiday of the unpaid leave. If the leave is not enough, the salary will be deducted on a daily basis; however, if the major illness requires long-term care, the special approval of the general manager is not limited.

Article 7 The special sick leave shall be limited to half a year, and the holidays shall be combined into the following year. The salary will be halved during the period of special sick leave, and the overdue person may be ordered to retire or mobilize.

Article 8 If the employee of the company is unable to make a self-report due to an emergency, it may be handled by a colleague or family member. If you have not completed the formalities for leave, you must not leave your job first, otherwise you will be treated as absenteeism.

Article 9 Employees of the company are requested to renew their leave after the expiration of the holiday or if they have not yet approved the resignation

In addition to force majeure such as illness or temporary accidents, all are based on absenteeism.

Article 10 The employees of the company shall be deducted on a daily basis within 7 days.

Article 11 When the reasons for leave are not sufficient or hinder the work, you may not give leave at the discretion, or shorten the leave or postpone the leave.

Article 12 The leave-seekers must refer the handling of the affairs to other employees and indicate them in the leave form.

Article 13 The number of holidays that can be requested for the whole year is calculated from January 1 to December 31 of each year, and the proportion of those who have been suspended midway is declining. The special sick leave is extended to the next year's sales, and the second year and sick leave are calculated according to the mid-term staff.

Article 14 If the employees of the company are found to have hypocrisy in accordance with these rules, they shall be punished according to the seriousness of the case, except for the case of absenteeism.

Article 15 Those who have served the company for more than one year and three years shall be given special leave for 7 days per year; for services of more than 3 years and less than 5 years, special leave shall be given for 10 days per year; for those who have served for more than 5 years and less than XX years, special leave shall be granted 14 Days; those who have served for XX years will be given a special leave for 15 days, and for every XX years or more, each additional year will be added for one day, but at most 30 days.

Article 16 Special leave shall be handled as follows:

At the beginning of each year, each unit will arrange a special vacation date without hindering the scope of work. The special holiday date list is in duplicate, one is retained in the original unit, and one minute is transferred to each manager for review and sent to the personnel unit for reference;

When taking special leave, you should go through the formalities for leave, and complete the duty agent, and you can take leave after you have completed the duties;

When the vacation is not based on the needs of the business, the salary amount of the vacation days can be changed to the bonus. During certain vacation periods, the business is required to be sold as usual and the vacation is not compensated, and the bonus is also changed according to the salary of the number of days without vacation.

Article 17 An employee who has one of the following things one year before the vacation shall not be given special leave:

More than 21 days of illness or sick leave;

Those who have completed work for more than 3 days.

XI, duty management system

Article 1 All matters handled by the Company outside the holidays and daily working hours shall be handled by the staff on duty in addition to the responsibility of the supervisors in their respective duties:

Temporary incidents and necessary measures;

Command and supervise security personnel and duty work;

Disaster prevention, theft and other crisis issues;

Always pay attention to cleanliness, safety measures and official confidentiality;

All matters assigned by the company.

Article 2 The employees of the company are on duty, and the time is as follows:

From Monday to Friday, from 5:30 pm to the next morning.

Holidays, day shifts, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; night shifts, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 am the next day.

Article 3 The staff duty schedule shall be arranged by each department and announced at the end of last month and the duty officer shall be notified on time. And on the value date card, the name of the employee on duty is hanged in an obvious place.

Article 4 Employees on duty shall perform their duties continuously at designated places in accordance with the prescribed time. They shall not stop or go out at random, and shall eat and drink at the place designated by the company or the factory.

Article 5 The employees on duty may deal with the incident first and report separately afterwards. If it is unable to handle its powers, it should be reported immediately and requested to be handled by the competent leader.

Article 6 The employees on duty shall receive the message in the following manner:

Being within the scope of authority can be processed immediately;

If the non-authority is concerned, it shall be immediately contacted by the responsible person of the relevant department according to its nature;

Confidential documents or letters should be kept in their original form and presented to the relevant leaders at work.

Article 7 The staff on duty shall fill in a duty report form for the matters handled at the time of duty, and send them to the competent leader for verification at the time of ~, and the report form shall be determined separately.

Article 8 If the employee on duty is properly handled in an emergency, the company will reduce the loss, and the company will award the award according to its circumstances.

Article 9 On-duty staff members who are on duty during duty hours shall be given a large disciplinary action, and those who suffer losses due to serious circumstances shall be reconsidered.

Article 10 If the employee on duty is unable to work on duty due to illness or other reasons, he or she shall first ask for leave or ask other employees to act and submit it. When traveling, the agent should bear all responsibility.

Article 11 The staff of the company may receive a duty allowance on duty, and the standard shall be fixed.

Twelve, assessment

Article 1 The company's employee assessment is divided into four types: trial assessment, usual assessment, and mid-year and year-end assessment.

The trial evaluation shall be conducted for 3 months according to the personnel rules of the company. After 3 months of trial, you should take the test of the test personnel, and the supervisor of the test unit shall be responsible for the assessment. If the trial unit considers it necessary to extend the trial period or change its unit for trial or dismissal, it shall attach a trial assessment form, indicating the specific facts, and submit it to the manager or the director for approval. Extend the trial for no more than 3 months. The appraisers shall supervise the appraisers to submit a report on the experience during the trial period.

Usually assessment:

1. Supervisors at all levels should assess their work efficiency, conduct, attitude, and knowledge at any time. Those who have special merits should report to the rewards and punishments at any time;

2. The competent personnel personnel, the statistics on the employee's false rewards and punishments are detailed in the leave record book and provide reference for the assessment.

Mid-year assessment:

It is held at the end of June each year, but the mid-year assessment can be cancelled when it is considered unnecessary.

Year-end assessment:

1. The employee will hold a general assessment at the end of December each year;

2. At the time of assessment, the heads of the units in the initial examination should refer to the usual assessment records and the records of the personnel records, and submit the assessment form for review.

Article 2 The assessment year is from January 1 to December 31.

Article 3 The following conditions may not participate in the assessment:

Trial staff

Reinstatement for less than 3 months or leave without pay;

Article 4 The preceding article shall not participate in the name of the appraisers, and shall be exempt from the list of appraisers, but shall be attached to the roster of appraisers.
